Product Usage Instructions
-
1. **First Time Pairing:**- Power on [161] by pressing the multi-function button.
- A voice prompt “Power on, pairing” confirms that the headphones are on and in pairing mode.
- The LED Indicator Light [78] will flash WHITE and BLUE, indicating that the headphones are ready to pair with your audio device.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device and select “Mixx StreamQ C2” from the list.
- Once paired successfully, you will hear “Connected” and the LED Indicator Light [78] will switch off.
- You can now enjoy your music, watch a video, or take a call handsfree.
- The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last device they were paired with, confirming “Connected”.
- If there is no Bluetooth connection after 5 minutes, the LED Indicator Light [78] will begin to flash BLUE and WHITE for 60 seconds. The headphones will then automatically turn off by confirming with “Power off” and the LED Indicator Light [78] will flash WHITE once and then switch off.
- Let’s Go Wired:
* The MIXX StreamQ C2 headphones are suitable for devices with a 3.5mm audio socket.
* A 3.5mm audio cable* provides the flexibility to convert these wireless headphones to wired use.
* Insert the 3.5mm audio cable into the 3.5mm Audio Port [97] of your headphones and the other end into your phone or plane’s 3.5mm socket to start listening to your music or movie.
* 3.5mm audio cable available separately.
3. **Let’s Play:**
* Press the multi-function button [161] to turn on your headphones.
* Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device and select “Mixx StreamQ C2” from the list.
* Once paired with your device, you will hear “Connected”.
* Use the following buttons for different functions:
* **Play / Pause:** Short press Call / Play / Pause Button [56]
* **Volume Up / Down:** Short press the Volume Up / Down Buttons [4] / [5] to adjust the volume
* **Skip / Previous Track:** Press and hold the Skip / Previous Track Buttons [4] / [65] to change tracks
* **Answer / End a call:** Short press the Call Button [56] (Audio is picked up via the microphones [100].)
* **Power On / Off:** Press the multi-function button [161] to turnon/off. You will hear “Power on/off”.
4. **Travel Friendly:**
* For ease of storage while traveling, fold the MIXX StreamQ C2 ear pads in towards the headband [11] and then pop them in your bag or place the headband around your neck and rotate the earpads to rest comfortably on your shoulders.
* The headband is adjustable and can be extended [22]. It also has soft cushioning [3] for extra comfort on the top of your head.
5. **Let’s Recycle:**
* This product can be recycled.
* Products bearing this symbol must NOT be thrown away with normal household waste.
* Take the product to a collection point designated for recycling of electronic devices. Find out more about return and collection points through your local authority.

LET’S STAY CHARGED
- A voice prompt ‘Battery low’ allows for 2 minutes play time before the headphones power down stating ‘Battery low,power off’.
- The LED Indicator Light [7] will flash WHITE once and will then switch off.
- Connect the headphones to a suitable USB wall charger, computer USB port or a power bank using the USB-C Charging Cable [11] supplied and connect it to the headphones USB-C Charging Port [9] .
- While charging, the LED Indicator Light [8] will glow WHITE.
- Once the headphones are fully charged, the LED Indicator Light [8] will turn off. Charging can take up to 2 hours.
LET’S CONNECT
