Aspire Overbed Table

The Aspire Overbed Table is a versatile and adjustable table designed to offer supreme stability and safety. It comes with a variety of features to enhance usability, including a laminate table top that accommodates food trays and personal items, a quick adjustment lever for easy height adjustment, and a C-Shape base frame with four black castor wheels (two of which can be locked) for easy movement and secure positioning. The table is available in different top options, including laminate AC White, laminate Beech, thermoform recessed (cream), and split tilt (cream). It also comes with a 1-year warranty for peace of mind.

Product Usage Instructions

Open the carton carefully, avoiding the use of box cutters or sharp implements to prevent damage to the product.
Lay the carton on its side with the top open and slide out the Overbed Table contents.
Insert the spacers, 14mm bolts, and washers into the mounting plate on the C-shape base from below.
Locate the 14mm bolts into the base of the upright post and tighten them. Ensure the upright post is straight on the base plate while tightening. Loctite or other fixing agents can be used if required.
Insert the upright post table support bar into the table top bracket and attach it using the 12mm short bolts and small washers.
Remove the transportation screw from the upright post to complete the assembly.
To adjust the table height, loosen the fixing knob on the upright post. With one hand, pull and release the quick adjustment lever to move the table up or down until the desired height is reached. Minimal force should be required. Finally, re-tighten the fixing knob to lock the table in place.
If you have the Split Top OBT (BEA028110) model, note that it can be configured as a left-hand or right-hand design by rotating the split top assembly before assembly.

This Overbed Table comes with the following parts:

Table Top with bracket mounted on bottom surface x 1
Upright Post with quick adjustment lever and fixing knob x 1
C-Shape Base Frame with 4 x black castor wheels (2 x locking) x 1
14mm Bolts (Long) with washers and spacers (FOR BASE) x 2
12mm Bolts (Short) with washers (FOR TABLE TOP) x 2

Open the carton carefully. DO NOT USE a box cutter or sharp implement as this may damage the product. For safety, lay the carton on its side with the top of the carton open and slide out the Overbed Table contents.

Insert spacers, 14mm bolts and washers into the mounting plate on the C-shape base (from below).
Locate 14mm bolts into the base of the upright post and tighten. Ensure the upright post is straight on the base plate whilst tightening. Loctite or other fixing agents may be used if required.

Insert upright post table support bar into table top bracket and attach using 12mm short bolts and small washers.
Remove the transportation screw from the upright and your over bed table is ready for use.

ADJUSTING YOUR TABLE

To adjust your Overbed Table:

Loosen the fixing knob on the upright post.
With one hand pull and release the quick adjustment lever and move the table up or down until the desired height is reached. Minimal force should be required.
Re-tighten fixing knob to lock in place.
