The SKIN XTCTM PRO iv HIFU is a skincare beauty and anti-ageing device. It is the upgraded 4th generation device that combines multiple treatments for key skincare anti-ageing purposes. The device features Photon LED Light Therapy, High Intensity Focused
Ultrasound (HIFU), Radio frequency (RF), Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), and Pulse PRO for comprehensive skincare treatments.
HIFU is a skin tightening procedure that uses ultrasound frequency to stimulate collagen production, promote new cell growth, and improve skin elasticity. The PRO iv HIFU targets the SMAS layer at 4.0mm to 4.5mm below the skin surface, heating the skin cell tissue to stimulate collagen production and improve skin structure. It helps reduce wrinkles, firm the skin, and lift eyebrows without causing facial fat loss.
RF utilizes high-frequency electromagnetic waves to send heat to the facial tissue in the dermis level of the skin structure. It increases the production of collagen and elastin, essential proteins for treating ageing signs on the outer layer of the skin. The RF function tightens skin fibers, improves complexion, opens pores, cleanses the skin, and increases smoothness. It nourishes the skin from within and renews it from the inside out.
EMS sends impulses to contract, exercise, enhance, and strengthen facial muscles, resulting in facial tone and contour improvements. It stimulates facial muscles, improves circulation, increases oxygen supply, and supports the lymphatic system by draining toxins out of the body. The PRO iv EMS frequency ranges from 5Hz to 100Hz, providing effective results for ageing face concerns.
The Pulse PRO mode combines EMS PRO frequency with RF thermal technology to reach further into the epidermis skin layer. It heats the skin cell tissue from the epidermis layer, increasing blood flow for regrowth of damaged skin cell tissue. Pulse PRO enhance cell activity, strengthens muscle movement, repairs elastic fibers, and deep skin tissue. It effectively treats fine lines, wrinkles, and provides comprehensive anti-ageing results. It also opens pores to penetrate current deeper into the skin, promoting collagen

Product Usage Instructions

Turn on the SKIN XTCTM PRO iv HIFU device. The SKIN XTCTM logo will appear on the LCD screen, indicating that the device is powered on and ready for use.
Choose the desired treatment mode based on your skincare needs:
- HIFU Mode: Use this mode for skin tightening and collagen stimulation. Target the SMAS layer by placing the device below the skin surface at 4.0mm to 4.5mm. Move the device gently across the treatment area to improve skin structure, reduce wrinkles, firm the skin, and lift eyebrows.
- RF Mode: This mode utilizes high-frequency electromagnetic waves to send heat to facial tissue in the dermis level. Use it to tighten skin fibers, improve complexion, open pores, cleanse the skin, and increase smoothness. Adjust the RF frequency level based
  on your needs:
- Low Level RF Frequency (Level 1 and Level 2): Use these levels for full face treatments if facial fat loss is a concern.
- High Level RF Frequency (Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5): Use these levels for double chin, lower jaw area, and neck treatments if facial fat loss is a concern.
- EMS Mode: This mode sends impulses to contract, exercise, enhance, and strengthen facial muscles. It improves facial tone and contour, stimulates muscles, improves circulation, increases oxygen supply, and supports the lymphatic system. Adjust the EMS frequency level based on your needs.
- Pulse PRO Mode: This mode combines EMS PRO frequency with RF thermal technology. It reaches further into the epidermis skin layer and heats the skin cell tissue to increase blood flow for regrowth of damaged skin cells. Use Pulse PRO mode to treat fine
  lines, wrinkles, and achieve comprehensive anti-ageing results. It also opens pores for deeper penetration and collagen production.
Gently move the device across the treatment area in a circular or back-and-forth motion. Ensure even coverage and contact with the skin surface.
Follow the recommended treatment duration and frequency as mentioned in the user manual for optimal results.
After each use, clean the device according to the instructions provided in the user manual to maintain hygiene and prolong its lifespan.

High Intensity Focused Ultrasound – HIFU

HIFU is a skin tightening procedure using ultrasound frequency to stimulate collagen production, new cell growth and improve skin elasticity.
Skin XTC’s Pro iv ultrasonic frequency targets the SMAS layer at 4.0mm to 4.5mm, below the skin surface.
The ultrasonic frequency heats skin cell tissue of the SMAS layer at 60-65c to stimulate the reaction of collagen production.
Pro iv HIFU will improve skin structure, reduce wrinkles, firm skin and lift eyebrows,
The HIFU mode does not target the subcutaneous (fat) layer of skin and will not cause facial fat loss.

Radio Frequency – RF

RF uses high frequency electromagnetic waves to send heat to facial tissue in the dermis level of the skin structure.
Radio Frequency increases production of two key proteins, collagen and elastin which are essential for treating ageing seen on the outer layer.
Use RF function to tighten skin fibre, improve complexion, open pores, clean skin and increase smoothness. Skin is nourished from within and renewed from inside out.
Skin XTC’s PRO iv RF frequency is 3Mhz, targets the Dermis layer at 2mm to 3mm below skin surface. The RF temperature range from level 1 – 5 is, 41 – 45C.
RF & Subcutaneous fat layer:
- If facial fat loss is a concern (1st Option), only use low level RF frequency, Level 1 and Level 2 for full face treatments.
- If facial fat loss is a concern (2nd Option), only use high level RF frequency, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5, for double chin, lower jaw area and neck.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation – EMS

EMS sends impulses to contract, exercise, enhance and strengthen muscles for facial tone and contour results.
EMS mode is proven to stimulate facial muscles, improve circulation, increase oxygen and supports the lymphatic system by draining toxins out of the body.
EMS ranges from 5Hz to 100Hz. PRO iv EMS frequency is 100Hz.
The higher the frequency, the stronger the current and the more effective in providing all the results an ageing face will benefit from.
EMS mode will tighten facial muscles, lift and rejuvenate skin, and improve complexion.

Pulse PRO

Pulse PRO mode is EMS PRO frequency that reaches further into the epidermis skin layer than EMS mode, combined with Radio Frequency (RF).
RF thermal technology in the Pulse PRO mode heats skin cell tissue from the epidermis layer at 38-40c and is proven to increase more blood flow for regrowth of damaged skin cell tissue.
Pulse PRO enhances cell activity, strengthens muscle movement, repairs elastic fibres and deep skin tissue to treat fine lines, wrinkles and provide all the results an ageing face with benefit from.
Pulse PRO mode opens pores which assists to penetrate the current deeper into the skin to produce collagen production, improve texture of the skin, increase skincare penetration, leaving the skin more toned, youthful and vibrant.
Pulse PRO nourishes the skin from inside out.

Gels

HIFU – It is recommended to use a quality conductive gel for HIFU mode.
RF – Use conductive gel, glycerine gel (water-soluble), aloe aera gel and other gels designed for Radio Frequency.
EMS – Use conductive gel, aloe vera gel, hyaluronic gel and other conductive water based products.
Pulse Pro – Use conductive gel, aloe vera gel and other conductive water based products.
When gel dries out during treatment, spray with water.

Divide the face into 4 sections and apply gel to one section at a time.

This diagram illustrates how to divide the face into four sections when doing a full face treatment.
Under the eyes marks the vertical halfway point. Do not treat inner eye orbital bone areas that surround the eye.
Apply adequate water based gel for conductivity of microcurrent energy.
Spray water to stop the area from drying out and to ensure maximum results are achieved.

Glide Movements

HIFU, RF, EMS, PULSE PRO
Slowly glide the device from,

HIFU – Glide across the face in the direction of the arrows very slow at a rate of 2 to 3 seconds per centimetre, a 1/4 inch.
For RF, EMS, Pulse Pro modes it is recommended to glide less slowly than 1/4 inch every 3 seconds.
You may repeat the passes over the same area 4-5 times. DO NOT use EMS on the forehead, or around the eyes.

Circular Movements

RF can used with small circular movements.
You can do 4-5 passes of the same area.
Caution: Do not hold in one spot while using RF as this may result in skin damage and burns.

Holding Stamping Movements

Holding Stamping method can be used for HIFU, EMS and Pulse Pro modes by holding the device in one place.
This is referred to as a shot and each shot should be held for 3 seconds. DO NOT hold in one place longer than the maximum of 5 seconds.
Use gel liberally and reapply often if doing this method.
You can do 4-5 passes of the same area.
Do not use this method with RF mode.

Warning!

Do not use on the upper eyelids, eyeballs, around the ears, or over the thyroid area.
Do not use on the mucosa which is a membrane that lines cavities of the body.

Operation and Function Instructions

Insert the provided power adaptor into the power wall socket and place
the DC head into the tail jack at the bottom of the PRO iv HIFU device. The PRO iv HIFU is a wall socket powered and operated device only. PRO iv HIFU not rechargeable.
Press the power key for 3 seconds to turn on the and enter the LCD’s main interface of the PRO iv HIFU device.
Press L key to select a mode. The order of PRO iv modes appear on the LCD interface are in this sequence HIFU / RF / EMS / Pulse. Press the L button until you have selected the mode you wish to use.
When mode is selected, press the M key on the PRO iv HIFU to commence operation of function. Each mode is pre-programmed to operate for 20 minutes. Press the M key when the mode has completed its duration. Press the M key to stop any 4 mode halfway, at 10 minutes.
Press the L key to select the level to control the strength of frequency emitted from each energy, while mode is in operation. Control level selection ranges from 1 – 5 across all modes of the PRO iv.
While HIFU / RF / EMS and Pulse Pro are in working mode, press the power key to control the operation of LED light photon therapy function, to switch on and off.
Press the power key for 3 seconds to turn off and shut down the PRO iv HIFU beauty device.
When treatments are complete, unplug the power adaptor from the wall socket, and unplug the power DC head from the PRO iv HIFU.
After every use of the PRO iv HIFU ensure to clean the head and body of the device with a dry micro-fibre cloth to remove all excess product. Remember to always place the PRO iv HIFU and charger back in it’s packaging to ensure its safety and longevity.
Always perform treatment on clean skin. Remove makeup, oils, moisturiser, oil free cleanser, and pat dry.
Remove jewellery that may come in contact or interfere with the PRO iv HIFU device while in operation.

Precautions & Warnings

Only use the PRO iv HIFU device specifically for its intended purpose.
Plug the power outlet into the wall socket and DC head into the PRO iv HIFU device jack before switching power on.
After using the PRO iv HIFU device, turn off and shut down the device with the power key and switch off the at the wall socket.
Remove the adaptor plug from the power outlet buy holding the adaptor plug, do not pull the cord to remove as this may damage the cord and cause injury.
A certain amount of heat when using the PRO iv HIFU device is to be expected however, if you feel extreme heat or abnormal heat cease use immediately.
Do not disassemble, modify or repair PRO iv HIFU device. Please contact Skin XTC for assistance.
The PRO iv device must not come in contact with water during treatment. This may lead to serious injury or electric shock. It may also cause fire or cause the device to malfunction.
This device is not water proof – do not submerge the device in water or get it wet.
Store the PROV iv HIFU device in its box in a dry place.
Start on level 1 when using the device for the first time.
If you should feel any abnormal pain when using the PRO iv HIFU device, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
Do not use the PRO iv HIFU device if defective as it may lead to personal injury.
Do no use the adaptor with voltage excess of your normal electrical voltage, either 100V or 240V.
Do not use if the power cord of the PRO iv HIFU device is damaged.
Do not press the head of the PRO iv device hard on the skin.
Do not stay on the same area for longer than 3 seconds, otherwise this may cause skin problems.
Do not use the PROV iv HIFU device around the soft tissue area under the eyes, on the eyelid, or over the thyroid.
