Colour Select Rope Light

General

1. This product should only be used in conjunction with our colour select starter cable (MV095B).
2. All products in this range come with weatherproof, 2 pin connectors, which will connect seamlessly with all products within this 240V colour select range.
3. Check your power rating label for maximurm LED quantity and power consumption of this product, and do not exceed this maximum number.
4. Products iin this 240V range are manufactured to IP44 standards, allowing indoor and outdoor use.
5. Suitable for commercial use, this high quality connectable system uses durable rubber cabling, and innovative bulb sealing technology, meaning these lights are built to withstand changeable weather conditions and prolonged outdoor use.

Before you start

1. Check the product for any damage or defects before connecting to an electricity supply, check all water seals (rubber “o” rings) are in place.
2. Before installation, test all products are working correctly. (Festive Lights Ltd will not cover any costs refated to  prefreinstallation).
3. This product MUST NOT BE MODIFIED; if any modification is made e, cutting / extending lead wires, or using a different power source than Supplied, the warranty will be invalidated and may render the product unsafe.
4. Make sure you connect the power supply to a standard 230V socket, do NOT switch on until all connections are secure.
5. Carefully position cables to avoid causing a ‘tripping’ hazard

1. Always plug the power source/starter cable indoors or in a suitable weatherproof socket to ensure a safe connection.

2. Avoid using sharp-edged tools or mounting accessories (e.g., metal wires] to hang or fasten any part of your system.

3. The LED bulbs  used are designed for long life and are non-replaceable.
   Do not attempt to repair or replace them.

4. When not in use, store in a secure dry place away from children and animals. Do not store in direct sunlight.
   Please note: The festoon light strings must  always be supported using a catenary wire cable.

Connect the remote control to a sensor
if the remote control does not automatically connect to the product of to use one remote to control for multiple sensors:

1. Connect the light strings to the colour select starter cable (MVO95B) and plug in to a power supply.
2. Press and hold the button on the  sensor box. When the string lights flash white press any button on the remote (apart from OFF) and release the button on the sensor.
3. Press the RESET button to confirm and pair.
4. Repeat this process to connect the remote control to other sensor.
   Please  note: The maximum working distance between the sensor and the remote control is 20m.
   The remote contral can be used on an unlimited number of sensors, but must be within the maximum range of 20m.

How to operate with remote control

1.ON and OFF
2. Timer: Press each button once and the LEDs will flash white to indicate the  timer has been activated, ON or OFF (TIMER ON, the lights will remain on for 8  hours and off for 16 hours).
3. Colour buttons: For single colour options press the R (Red), G (Green), B (Blue), W  (White), ¥ (Yellow), SB (Sea Blue), P (Purple) or the M {Multi colour)  button 4.+/- Mode: Use these buttons to cycle through flash, chasing and wave  functions in all colours.
5. Speed Fast and Slow: These functions work with the flash, chasing and wave options.
6. 3ump: This function is RGB colour changing flash LED,
7. Flash Multi: This function will flash between each colour Red, Green, Blue,  White, Yellow, Sea Blue, Purple or Multi,|

In the interest of the safe and proper use of this product, please read these instructions carefully and retain them for future reference.

1. For decorative purposes only. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Risk of electric shock, Strangulation hazard
2. Do  NOT submerge this product in water
3. Keep away from sources of heat
4. 3 Pin Starter cable plug is NOT waterproof.
5. Check regularly for signs of wear and tear, discontinue use immediately if damaged. Dispose of accordingly.
6. Individual LED bulbs cannot  be replaced.
7. For technical advice consult Festive Light Ltd.
8. If you are installing a large display, we recommend using a weather repellent spray in all connections to reduce the likelihood of electrical trips and to eliminate human error. Q20 is available to  purchase from Festive Lights Ltd. Please retain this information for future reference.
