Incorrect use of this diagnostic tool may result in damage to the tool or
systems being tested.
Wear Eye Protection.
Operation – Vacuum Mode
1.1 Set rotating sleeve to vacuum position. 1.2 Attach vacuum hose to pump.
1.3 Select and attach required accessory fitting.
1.4 Connect pump to system to be tested.
1.5 Operate pump to generate required testing vacuum.
Additional application examples.
- Test:
– EGR valves
– Fuel pressure regulators
– Map sensors
– Thermal vacuum switches
– Electric vacuum switches
– One way vacuum valves
– Heating and ventilation control valves
– Automatic transmission modulator valves
– Central lock systems
2.1 Set rotating sleeve to pressure position. 2.2 Attach pressure hose to
pump.
2.3 Select and attach required accessory fitting.
2.4 Connect pump to system to be tested.
2.5 Operate pump to generate required testing pressure.

– Turbo charger waste gate actuator
– Fuel tank vent valves
– Fuel pressure regulators

– Electric switches
