Product Information:

Pre-assembly
Warning & Attention
- Try to assemble this product on the flat ground, otherwise it is difficult to carry out;
- It would be much easier to assemble the product with three or more people;
- After assembly, please check whether all screws are tightened, to prevent parts from falling apart.
- Use bolts to secure the frame to the ground to against the strong wind.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Prepare bolts to secure the frame to the ground.
- Attach part A to part A1/A2/A3 by following the instructions and ensuring that the four corners form right angles. Check if the two diagonal distances of the square are equal using a tape measure.
- Fix part C3 onto part A1 using screws 9# and gaskets.
- Insert part A and fasten with screws 1# and gaskets.
- Put on the plastic cap.
- Use screws 9# to attach part H1 with part J.
- Attach part H1/J with part C using screws 9#.
- Repeat the above procedure to assemble the other side wall.
- Place the assembled wall (C/J/J/C) on the bottom frame and use 7 screws 1# and gaskets to fix it.
- Install part J2/C1 as shown.
- Place the assembled part J2/C1 on the bottom frame using 3 screws 1# and gaskets.
- Repeat the above procedure to assemble the other side.
- Fix part C1/C2 to part A1/C3 with screws 3#, ensuring that the nut and gaskets are on the back side.
- Assemble the back wall-1 using plastic gaskets.
- Assemble the back wall-2 using plastic gaskets.
- Fix part H to part J with screws 9# and gaskets, then put on the plastic caps.
- Enclose with part B1/B2/B3 according to the figure provided and fix with screws 12# and gaskets.
- Fix part C4 as shown.
- Fix part B4/B8 on the inside of part B1 with screws 12# and gasket.
- Place the assembled beam (B1/B2/B3) on the upper end of the wall panel and fix it with screws 1# and gaskets.
- Fix the upper end of part C1/C2 with part B1 and part C4 using screws 3#, ensuring that the nut and gaskets are on the back side.
- Splice part D1/D2, clamp the two sides of part E and part D, and tighten with screws 3#, gaskets, and nuts.
- Put the top frame on beam (B1&B2) using 16 screws 1# and gaskets.
- Assemble part G1/G2 to one side of part K1/K3 with screws 2#, gaskets, and nuts.
- Lay the roof panel part K1/K2/K3 in order. Insert part Z at the fixed position of top beam and top roof to prevent rainwater intrusion. Fix the roof panel K1/K3 with G1/G2&D1/D2 using screws 2#, gaskets, and nuts. Then fix it with screw 1# and gaskets to side frame beam.
- Plug part G as shown.
- Install part F by securing both ends of part F to part K1/K3 and part D1/D2.
- Use screws 7# to install part F1 from the inside.
- Install part G5/G6 with screws 3#, gaskets, and nuts.
- Fix the hinge (part Y) to the left/right door using screws 8#, gaskets, and nuts.
- Insert the bolt and lock the door.
