Product Usage Instructions
Before starting the assembly process, make sure you have all the necessary parts and hardware as listed in List 1 and List 2.
To assemble the product, follow these steps:
Step 1: Prepare the Ground
- Ensure the ground is level for installation.
Step 2: Frame Assembly
- Attach Part A to Part A1/A2/A3 according to the instructions, ensuring that the four corners are right angles and the diagonal distances are equal.
- Fix Part C3 onto Part A1 using screws 9# and gaskets.
- Insert Part A and fasten with screws 1# and gaskets.
Step 3: Wall Panel Assembly
- Install Part C/J2/C1 with screws 2#, gaskets, and nuts.
- Place the assembled wall (C/J2/C1) on the bottom frame (A1) and fix it with screws 1# and gaskets.
Step 4: Side Wall Assembly
- Place Part J/C/J2 on the bottom frame (A2/A3) and fix it with screws 1# and gaskets.
- Install 2 Part H1 with 4 screws 9# and gaskets, then put on the plastic caps.
- Repeat the above procedure to assemble the other side.
Step 5: Back Wall Panel Assembly
- Install 2 Part J (Back Wall Panel) using screws 1# and gaskets on the bottom frame.
- Fix 2 Part J (Back Wall Panel) to Part H using screws 9# and gaskets, then put on the plastic caps.
- Repeat the above procedure to assemble 2 Part J on the Side Wall.
Step 6: Corner Assembly
- Enclose with Part B1/B2/B3 according to the figure, and fix it with screws 12# and gaskets.
- Use screws 9# and gaskets to fix 2 Part C4 on Part B1.
- Fix Part B4 & B8 on the inside of Part B1 with screws 12# and gasket.
Step 7: Top Frame Assembly
- Place the assembled beam (B1, B2, B3) on the upper end of the wall panel and fix it with screws 1# and gaskets.
- Fix Part C4 to the upper end of Part C1 (C2) with screws 3#, gaskets, and nuts.
Step 8: Top Frame Installation
- Assemble the top frame using screws 15# and nuts to combine Part E with Part D1 and Part D2.
- Put the top frame on the beam (B3/B1/B3) and fix it with screws 1# and gaskets.
Step 9: Roof Panel Assembly
- Assemble Part G1 to one side of Part K1 with screws 2#, gaskets, and nuts.
- Assemble Part G2 to one side of Part K3 with screws 2#, gaskets, and nuts.
Step 10: Roof Panel Installation
- Lay the roof panels (K1/K2/K2/K2/K3) in order and fix them to the top frame D1/D2 using screws 2#, gaskets, and nuts.
- Fix the roof panels (K1/K2/K2/K2/K3) on the backside beam B2 using screws 1# and gaskets.
