The RDV3-304-N Dual Fuel Range is a 30-inch range with 4 burners and a self- cleaning feature. It is part of the Series 9, featuring a professional stainless steel design. The range operates on natural gas and combines the best of gas and convection technology.
It comes with an intuitive touchscreen and specialized cooking functions.

The range offers a top burner heat of 22,500 BTU, allowing for fast boiling. It has a total oven capacity of 4 cu ft, providing ample space for cooking multiple dishes or a large turkey weighing up to 26 lbs. The range features LED halo-illuminated dials that provide information at a glance.

Product Usage Instructions

To cook using the RDV3-304-N Dual Fuel Range, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the range is connected to a natural gas supply and the power source.
  2. Familiarize yourself with the touchscreen interface. It provides guided cooking options based on food, function, or recipe.
  3. Choose your preferred cooking method, hero ingredient, or cooking function/recipe on the touchscreen.
  4. Preheat the oven to the desired temperature using the touchscreen controls.
  5. Place your food in the oven or on the cooktop, depending on the selected cooking method.
  6. Monitor your cooking progress using the food probe, if needed.
  7. Once cooking is complete, use the self-cleaning function to clean the oven. The self-clean proof side racks do not need to be removed during this process.
  8. After cooking and cleaning, turn off the range and disconnect it from the power source if needed.
