Product Information

The product is a remote control transmitter designed for controlling a ceiling fan with light. It operates on 2 1.5V/AAA batteries (included). The transmitter has two modes – Universal Mode and Learning Mode. In Universal Mode, the fan can be controlled with other remote transmitters with the same setting. In Learning Mode, the fan can be controlled with a specific remote transmitter by following the learn function setting process. The transmitter has dimming and non-dimming settings, allowing the user to adjust the brightness of the light. It also has a lock protection feature that stops the fan operation if there is an obstruction, and an overload protection feature that shuts off the fan if it is overloaded.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. To operate the transmitter, remove the battery cover and install 2 1.5V/AAA batteries (included). Replace the cover.

  2. Note: If not using the transmitter for a long period of time, remove the batteries to prevent damage and store it away from excess heat or humidity.

    4. If the fan is installed with a light, the light will blink 2 times to indicate that the remote control setting process is complete. For fans without light, check operation using the remote transmitter.
    5. Note: To control multiple fans, ensure that they are set at the same setting. A fan can be controlled by a maximum of 2 transmitters.
  5. Receiver Protective Functions:

    • Lock Protection: If there is an obstruction in the fan blades or motor during operation, the motor will keep trying to run for 5 times and then stop after about 60 seconds of interruption. To reset, turn the fan off with the remote transmitter and then turn it on again. Alternatively, you can turn off the power for 15 seconds and then turn it back on before turning on the fan.
    • Overload Protection (Current Limit): The receiver limits the maximum current output when the fan or light load is increased abnormally. If the fan is overloaded, it will shut off.
  6. ANDERIC DC1 Remote Control Fan Speed and Light Functions:
Fan Speed: Use the buttons numbered 1 to 6 to control the fan speed. 1 is the minimum speed, 3 is medium low speed, 5 is medium high speed, 2 is low speed, 4 is medium speed, and 6 is high speed.
