INSTALLING THE BATTERIES

- Remove the battery cover.
- Insert two AAA batteries (included). Make sure that the batteries + and – symbols match the symbols inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery cover.
CONNECTING YOUR KEYBOARD
Top
- Slide the power switch on.
- Press and hold. The keyboard enters pairing mode.
- On your Bluetooth device, turn on Bluetooth and select Insignia BT 3.0 KB or Insignia BT 5.0 KB from the Bluetooth pairing list. When connected, a “Pairing success” prompt is shown.
Note: If both are available, select Insignia BT 5.0 KB for a faster connection.

TROUBLESHOOTING
My keyboard isn’t working or sometimes doesn’t work.
- Make sure that your Bluetooth device meets the system requirements.
- Make sure that the batteries have power. The low battery indicator blinks for three seconds when the battery is low.
- Try moving other wireless Bluetooth devices away from the computer to prevent interference.
- Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within 33 ft. (10 m) of the keyboard.
My Bluetooth device won’t pair with the keyboard
- Shorten the distance between your keyboard and your Bluetooth device.
- Make sure that you have selected Insignia BT 3.0 KB or Insignia BT 5.0 KB on your Bluetooth device.
- Make sure that your keyboard and Bluetooth device are not paired to other Bluetooth devices.
- Make sure that your keyboard and Bluetooth device are both in pairing mode.
- With the keyboard in pairing mode, refresh the list of Bluetooth connections on your Bluetooth device.
- Turn your Bluetooth device and keyboard off, then on. Re-pair the Bluetooth connection.
- With the keyboard in pairing mode, refresh the list of Bluetooth connections on your Bluetooth device. For more information, see the documentation that came with your Bluetooth device.
- If your keyboard disconnects from your device, try turning off the keyboard and device, then turn them on. If that doesn’t work, make sure that the Bluetooth driver is up to date. See your device’s manual for instructions on updating the driver.
