Product Information

This product is a power chair manufactured by Pride Mobility
Products Corporation. It is classified as Class II Equipment and
comes with a power chair information label. The product is
manufactured in Duryea, PA, 18642.

The power chair has a weight capacity of 136kg (300lbs) and
features anti-tip wheels that should not be removed. It also has a
footrest and adjustable armrests. The seat width is 380-500mm and

Product Usage Instructions

Place the unit on level ground and stand to one side when
changing from drive mode to freewheel mode or vice versa.
Do not use the armrests as transfer bars to avoid causing
damage to the product or injury to yourself.
When assembling the power chair, pull the footrest forward and
loosen it. Make sure the armrest is locked into place.
To turn on the power, press the power switch.
To charge the batteries, connect the 3-pin metal plug of the
charger into the 3-hole charger socket on the controller.
Fasten the safety belt whenever you sit on the wheelchair by
snapping the belt buckle until you hear a click.
Ensure proper electrical connections by not removing the
grounding prong, not using an extension cord to plug in the battery
charger, and not charging the batteries while the travel scooter is
occupied.
Read the battery charging instructions in the manual before
charging the batteries.
Keep the travel scooter and battery charger away from sources
of ignition and provide adequate ventilation when charging the
batteries.
Inspect the battery charger, wiring, and connectors for damage
before each use. Contact your authorized provider if any damage is
found.
