Safety alerts and precautions:

Safety alerts:
  1. Before use, please read the operation instruction handbook.
  2. Do not use in wet, hot or dusty locations to avoid instrument failure.
  3. When the instrument is running, it must not move the instrument and must not open the door cover of the instrument.
  4. The countertop of the installation instrument should be solid and flat, there should be no shaking phenomenon, all four rubber machine feet should be in full contact with the countertop and uniform force. 5.Centrifuge tube added liquid as evenly as possible, if the difference between the addition will produce large vibration, at this time should be stopped to check, so that the addition meets the requirements, centrifugal test tube must be placed in even symmetry, not singular into or asymmetrical into the rotor.
  5. After each use, open the instrument door cover, allow the water in the centrifugal cavity to evaporate, and clean the inner cavity of the instrument. The instrument must have a reliable ground wire when using a power supply
Precautions:
  1. Do not strongly collide, vibrate or re-throw the instrument to avoid non-serviceable consequences of damage to the mechanical or electrical parts of the instrument.
  2. Do not use the instrument in wet or hot places to avoid extensive damage to the electrical part of the instrument.

Installed

A. The native power supply is a single-phase AC110V 60Hz 15A.
B. The power supply should have a safe and reliable wire, strictly prohibit the ground wire instead of zero line, not to pull the machine wire indiscriminately.
C. The placement of the site indoor environment non-corrosive gas relative humidity shall not be greater than 85%, there should be no other strong vibration source. The table surface of the unit should be rigid and hard enough to support the instrument, the countertop should be flat without any slope, so that the four rubber soles of the machine and the table to maintain smooth contact.

Introduction to the interface and instructions for use:
  1. The centrifuge placed on a solid countertop, four rubber machine feet should be in good contact with the table surface, shake the centrifuge with your hand, check whether the centrifuge is placed smoothly.
  2. Open the door cover, the centrifuge tube into the rotor test tube hole, centrifuge tube must be placed in even symmetry (high-speed centrifuge centrifuge test fluid should be weighed to join), pay attention to the rotor cover tight, and re-check whether the test tube is symmetrically placed, screws are tight.
  3. Close the door cover, pay attention to make the door cover locked, finished by hand to check whether the door cover is closed. Plug in the power supply and press the power switch.
  4. Set speed, temperature, time, rotor number, program, speed-up gear, speed-down gear: (operator panel diagram below)

(unscrew the rotor cover, with a handle into the rotor center hole
Safety alerts and precautions:

Introduction to keystrokes:
Set: Switch adjustment parameters, this key is set for switching adjustment speed, time, speed etc.
Up: Increase hypothesis parameter value; This pressed key adjustment rotational speed value and time value establishment.
Down: Reduce the set parameter value, this button adjusts the speed value and time value setting.
Enter: Exit the set state and save the setting parameters.
Short: Press this key centrifuge to start centrifugation, relax and stop working.
Start: Start the motor, (press this key to start the centrifuge after setting all parameters).
Stop/Open: Eliminate alarm when alarm, operating status press can stop midway standby state open cover.
Parameter set:
Press the setting key to cycle through the set parameters, the parameters set the cycle order (number of keys): 1: speed; 2: time minutes; 3: time seconds; 4: rotor number; 5: program number; 6: speed upshift (Larger the number, Faster the speed), 7: the lower speed (Larger the number, Faster the descent)
according to the actual situation. Press the stop button to eliminate When there is only one rotor, the rotor number adjustment is skipped and the room temperature interface skips the temperature adjustment. Press the up and down key to adjust the parameter value, adjust the parameter to the expected value, press the confirmation key to exit the set state and save the modified parameters.
When the above steps are complete, press the “Confirm” key to confirm the speed, temperature and time set above, and then press the “Start” key to start the centrifuge (when pressing the “Start” key, if the instrument cannot start, check that the door cover is closed).

Precautions:
  1. The table of the centrifuge should be flat, four rubber machine feet should be in contact with the table and uniform force, so as not to produce vibration.
  2. Centrifuge tube liquid should weigh the balance, if the difference between the addition of liquid too large operation will produce large vibration, at this time should be stopped to check, so that the addition meets the requirements, centrifugal test tube must be placed in even symmetry.
  3. If there is a centrifugal test tube rupture, will cause large vibration should be immediately stopped treatment.
  4. After each shutdown and then power on the interval should not be less than 5 minutes, so as not to block the compressor to tum damage.
  5. After each centrifuge is completed, open the instrument door cover, let the water evaporate, and regularly take out the rotor, can be raised) otherwise long time on the shaft, may rust to death, the rotor will not be taken out and cause the centrifuge machine scrap.
  6. The life of the native host 6 years, rotor service life of 5years, expired should replace the rotor. All rotors must not be use dat more than their maximum speed.
