Lift Tech Marine MC Wheel Drive
Product Information
The MC Wheel Drive is a motorized wheel drive system designed to assist in the movement of a winch or hoist. It is compatible with the ShoreStation Spring Bracket and is used to provide additional power and convenience during lifting or lowering operations.
Product Usage Instructions
- Mount the MC Wheel Drive Bracket under the winch or hoist using\ hose clamps.
- Slide the Mounting Arm into the Bracket.
- Install the larger Spring Bracket as shown.
- Attach carabiners to the spring on both ends and hook them up.
- Tighten the Mounting Arm bolts.
- If the spring is loose, you can remove a carabiner.
- Mount the ShoreStation Spring Bracket (smaller one of the two) on the outside of the wheel stop.
- Mount the Arm Bracket between the winch and winch tube using hose clamps.
- Slide the Mounting Arm into the Bracket.
- Install the motor with the swivel pin and key to the Mounting Arm.
- Attach carabiners to the spring on both ends and hook them up.
- Tighten the Mounting Arm bolts.
- Ensure all AC power used on your dock or lift is GFI protected at the shoreline.
- Recommended extension cords for up to 150 feet are 12/3.

- Mount Bracket Under Winch to Hoist with Hose Clamps.
- Slide Mounting Arm into Bracket.
- Install Motor with Swivel Pin and Key to Mounting Arm.
- Install the (Large) Spring Bracket as Shown. Attach Carabiner’s to Spring on both ends and Hook Up.
- Tighten Mounting Arm Bolts. Final Assembly

- Mount The ShoreStation Spring Bracket (Smaller One of the Two) On Outside of Wheel Stop.
- Mount Arm Bracket as Shown Between Winch and Winch Tube with Hose Clamps.
- Slide Mounting Arm into Bracket.
- Install Motor with Swivel Pin and Key to Mounting Arm.
- Attach Carabiner’s to Spring on both ends and Hook Up.
- Tighten Mounting Arm Bolts. Final Assembly Shown.
DANGER – CAUTION
All AC Power Used on Your Dock or Lift Needs to be GFI Protected at the
Shoreline. Recommended Extension Cords up to 150 feet 12/3.
