Lift Tech Marine MC Wheel Drive

Product Information

The MC Wheel Drive is a motorized wheel drive system designed to assist in the movement of a winch or hoist. It is compatible with the ShoreStation Spring Bracket and is used to provide additional power and convenience during lifting or lowering operations.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Mount the MC Wheel Drive Bracket under the winch or hoist using\ hose clamps.
  2. Slide the Mounting Arm into the Bracket.
  3. Install the larger Spring Bracket as shown.
  4. Attach carabiners to the spring on both ends and hook them up.
  5. Tighten the Mounting Arm bolts.
  6. If the spring is loose, you can remove a carabiner.
  7. Mount the ShoreStation Spring Bracket (smaller one of the two) on the outside of the wheel stop.
  8. Mount the Arm Bracket between the winch and winch tube using hose clamps.
  9. Slide the Mounting Arm into the Bracket.
  10. Install the motor with the swivel pin and key to the Mounting Arm.
  11. Attach carabiners to the spring on both ends and hook them up.
  12. Tighten the Mounting Arm bolts.
  13. Ensure all AC power used on your dock or lift is GFI protected at the shoreline.
  14. Recommended extension cords for up to 150 feet are 12/3.

  1. Mount Bracket Under Winch to Hoist with Hose Clamps.
  2. Slide Mounting Arm into Bracket.

  4. Install the (Large) Spring Bracket as Shown. Attach Carabiner’s to Spring on both ends and Hook Up.
  5. Tighten Mounting Arm Bolts. Final Assembly

ShoreStation Wheel Drive Installation Guide

  1. Mount The ShoreStation Spring Bracket (Smaller One of the Two) On Outside of Wheel Stop.
  2. Mount Arm Bracket as Shown Between Winch and Winch Tube with Hose Clamps.
  3. Slide Mounting Arm into Bracket.Lift-Tech-Marine-MC-Wheel-Drive-FIG-5
  4. Install Motor with Swivel Pin and Key to Mounting Arm.
  5. Attach Carabiner’s to Spring on both ends and Hook Up.
  6. Tighten Mounting Arm Bolts. Final Assembly Shown.

DANGER – CAUTION
All AC Power Used on Your Dock or Lift Needs to be GFI Protected at the Shoreline. Recommended Extension Cords up to 150 feet 12/3.
