Before installing or operating the products, please read this instruction
carefully.
High-accuracy Full-automatic AC Servomotor Voltage Stabilizer
General
1.1 As world industry grows up at speed, the people living standard and life
quality is improving day by day, more and more power devices are demanded, in
some countries and regions, the electricity supply can not be timely to meet
the user needs, especially, in the summer, much electricity is needed that
results some power facilities used for industrial and mining enterprises and
household appliances run in a state of under voltage for a long time. The area
that the power grid has been reformed usually happens over high voltage for
unbalance of load, which seriously affects the safety and service life of
electrical appliance. This equipment has obvious features such as high
accuracy of voltage stabilization, low consumption, besides, it can work for a
long time and permits instantaneous overload with rated capacity of 1.6times.
It is provided with overvoltage and over-current protection functions which
ensure the reliability of power supply. In terms of above mentioned, it is an
ideal AC voltage stabilization supply widely used in following fields:
household, industrial and mining enterprise, organ, scientific research
institution, lab, etc.
EA-SVC series single-phase full-automatic AC voltage stabilizer and EASVC
series three-phase full-automatic AC voltage stabilizer are made up of contact
voltage regulator, sampling control circuit, servo motor as well as framework,
etc. Their working principle as follows: when the voltage fluctuates caused by
unstable commercial power voltage or variety of load, the sampling circuit
will transmit the voltage-change signal that has been treated to servo motor,
then, the servo motor will drive the carbon brush of contact voltage regulator
and make it move properly to ensure the stable of output voltage.

Note:
- Please refer to technical parameter listed on the machine enclosure, in general, the equipment isn’t provided with “under voltage” and “over voltage” protection, besides, the single-phase equipments of 5kVA and below customizable have output of 110V.
- If user needs protection, please order separately.
- In case that the input voltage exceeds the range above mentioned, please negotiate with us for the special order.

Operate instruction
3.1 The output power indicated on the voltage stabilizer that is the max
power, and the nominal power of household appliance refers to the active
power, the power of inductive loads such as refrigerator, air conditioner,
etc. shall be multiplied by 3 to 5 times, because they have high current at
the starting moment. If the input voltage is too low, the load shall be
reduced.
3.2 When voltage stabilizer of 0.5k~5k is provided with output voltage of
110V, the output capacity shall not exceed 35% of rated capacity, in addition,
when the output terminal needs 110V and 220V synchronously, the output
capacity shall be 50% of rated capacity to prevent overload.
3.3 The supply voltage shall be in the range of nominal input voltage, when
0utput voltage is in the state of over voltage, the “over voltage” indicator
lamp of voltage stabilizer will go on, at this moment, the voltage stabilizer
can cut off the output voltage automatically to ensure the safety of power
device.
When user uses the motor or other starting equipment of high current, please
select voltage stabilizer with capacity of above 3 times, in order that the
equipment can work smoothly not affected by large voltage drop of circuit for
too high starting current.
Three-phase voltage stabilizer must be connected with neutral wire that forms
threephase four-wire system, only that, it can work normally, but the neutral
wire can’t be taken the place of earth wire.
To ensure the device and human safety, the enclosure of voltage stabilizer is
mounted with grounding screw or grounding terminal, user must connect the
grounding wire properly.
After finishing installing, please turn on the input power switch, in case
that the operation indicator lamp goes on, and the output voltage is in the
normal range, user can turn on the electrical appliance to let the load run
normally.
There is a voltage measurement button mounted at the top left corner of
single-phase voltage stabilizer of, if user presses it, input voltage is
indicated, on the contrary, if user does not press it, output voltage is
indicated.
Maintenance
The voltage stabilizer shall be placed indoors where is ventilated, dry and
prevents sunshine and excludes corrosive gas.
Disconnect the power supply regularly, keep the voltage regulation coil, gear
as well as carbon brush clean, change the brush which has been worn seriously,
and adjust the pressure.
Installation, connection and adjustment must be done by a professional
electric worker, in order to protect the voltage stabilizer or user’s safety.
Common symptom and remedy is listed in the attached table.

the sensitive switch as well as circuit board of adjustment and protection, if
the fault hasn’t been eliminated, please repair or change the circuit board.

head is welded firmly or not.

The voltage stabilizer is able to stabilize
