Product Usage Instructions

DALI dimmable driver is designed for indoor use and for mounting on a solid surface. Connect the power cord to the mains 230 V AC. The connecting conductor must not be connected to the mains at the time of installation. This operation can only be carried out by an authorized person. The driver must not be covered during use. The driver can be connected only to the electric distribution network whose installation and protection comply with the applicable standards. Before any manipulation or servicing of the driver, disconnect the driver from AC power. This operation can only be carried out by an authorized person. In case of any damage to any part of the driver, do not use it.

Do not dispose of the product with domestic waste. Use special collection points for sorted waste. Contact local authorities for information about collection points. If the electronic devices are disposed of in a landfill, dangerous substances may reach groundwater and subsequently the food chain, where it could affect human health.

DALI dimmer driver
The DALI dimming driver is intended for installation on a solid base in indoor spaces. Connect the power supply cable to the 230 V~ network. The conductor you are connecting must not be connected to the electrical network during the installation of the lamp. Only a worker can connect the power cable to the lamp. The source must not be covered during operation. The source can only be connected to an electrical network, the installation and protection of which is in accordance with valid standards. Before any intervention in the source or maintenance and service, the source must be disconnected from the electrical network. This activity can only be performed by a person familiar with the applicable training orders for these activities In case of damage to any part of the source, immediately turn it off.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

1. We declare that we guarantee the properties and flawless operation during the warranty period.
2. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the goods and is valid for 60 months.
3. EMOS SI d.o.o. guarantees the customer that, within the warranty period, it will remedy all defects at its own expense device due to a factory defect in material or workmanship.
4. The warranty period is extended for the duration of the repair.
5. If the device is not repaired within 45 days from the date of notification of the defect, the affected party may request a new one or refund of the amount paid.
6. The warranty ends if the defect is caused by:
   • non-professional-unauthorized service
   • modifications without the approval of the manufacturer
   • failure to follow the instructions for the use of the device
7. The warranty does not exclude the consumer’s rights arising from the seller’s responsibility for product defects.
8. Unless otherwise indicated, the warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
9. The manufacturer provides repair, and maintenance of goods, spare parts, and attachments for a fee three years after the expiration of the warranty period.
10. Natural wear and tear of the device is excluded from the warranty obligation. The same applies to injuries due to improper use of use or overload.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The owner asserts a warranty claim by reporting the identified defect to an authorized workshop (EMOS SI, d.o.o., Rimska cesta 92, 3311 Šempeter in Savinjska dolina) in writing or orally. The buyer is responsible for late registration cause damage to the device. After the warranty period expires, the right to claim the warranty expires claim. A certified warranty card with the original invoice must be attached.

EMOS SI d.o.o. undertakes to replace the device with a new one if it does not work within this warranty period flawlessly.
