Product Usage Instructions

- Be aware that E911 location information may not be provided or may be inaccurate when using this device for calls.
- Comply with FCC Rules, which state that the device should not cause harmful interference and must accept any interference received.
- To comply with FCC RF Exposure requirements:
- Install the donor antenna to provide at least 65 cm separation from the human body at all times.
- Install the server antenna to provide at least 20 cm separation from the human body at all times.

CAUTION
- Use CEL-FI QUATRA 4000c indoors. It should not be used outdoors.
- The donor antenna(s) MUST be installed to ensure a minimum of 25.5 in (65 cm) separation distance from human body at all times.
- The server antenna(s) MUST be installed to ensure a minimum of 8 in (20 cm) separation distance from persons from human body at all times.
- These products are designed to be used with a direct plug-in power supply unit. When installing the equipment, all the requirements of the manufacturer and the referenced standards must be met.
- There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
- Changes or modifications to this product not expressly approved by Nextivity may void your right to operate the equipment. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
- Only the antennas listed or approved by the manufacturer can be used with CEL-FI QUATRA 4000c.
- This device may be operated ONLY in a fixed location for in-building use.

of substitute goods or services, or special, indirect, incidental, punitive,
or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever or (ii) for any direct damages
in excess of (in the aggregate) the fees actually received by NEXTIVITY from
End User with respect to the Products actually purchased and paid for.See

This is a CONSUMER device.
This device may be operated ONLY in a fixed location. BEFORE USE, you MUST
REGISTER THIS DEVICE with your wireless provider and have your provider’s
consent. Most wireless providers consent to the use of signal boosters. Some
providers may not consent to use this device on their network. If you are
unsure, contact your provider. In Canada, BEFORE USE, you must meet al the
requirements in ISED CPC-2-1-05. You MUST operate this device with approved
antennas and cables as specified by the manufacturer. Donor Antennas MUST be
installed at least 26 in (65 cm) from any person. Server Antennas MUST be
installed at least 8 in (20 cm) from any person. You MUST cease operating this
device immediately if requested by the FCC (or ISED or a licensed wireless

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
