7.1.1. Outdoor 2G and 3G GSM Antenna

This antenna can be used with the GX LTE 4G, for 2G, 3G as well
as 4G bands.

7.1.2. Outdoor 4G GSM Antenna

This antenna is optimized for 4G frequency bands and can be used
with the GX LTE 4G for 2G, 3G, and 4G bands.

If the 2G/3G variant does not provide sufficient signal quality
in an installation, it is recommended to contact a local GSM
antenna provider. All the necessary information, including a link
to the cellular modem (Simcom) used, can be found in this
manual.

Product Usage Instructions:

To use the GX LTE 4G with the antennas mentioned in the manual,
follow these steps:

  1. Select the appropriate antenna based on the desired frequency
    bands (2G, 3G, or 4G).

  2. Mount the antenna using the specified mounting option (screw
    mount or magnet).

  3. Connect the antenna to the GX LTE 4G using the provided
    cable.

  4. Ensure the connector on the antenna matches the connector on
    the GX LTE 4G (SMA Male straight).

  5. If using the Outdoor 4G GSM Antenna, make sure to check if it
    provides sufficient signal quality. If not, contact a local GSM
    antenna provider for assistance.

  6. Refer to the regional coverage notes and use the 4G World
    Coverage Map to determine the frequencies available in your
    area.

  7. For GPS functionality, use the Active GPS Antenna by connecting
    it to the GX LTE 4G.

Note: Refer to the dimension drawing for accurate measurements
of the GX GSM product.
