Product Information
The Wireless Remote Control Outlet is a device that allows you to remotely control the power supply to your electrical devices. It consists of a receiver that plugs into a powered outlet and a transmitter that sends signals to the receiver to turn the connected devices on or off. The product is designed for indoor use only and should be kept away from high humidity, high temperature, and high magnetic fields. Product Usage Instructions
Operating Instructions:
- Plug the receiver into a powered outlet.
- Remove the isolation tab in the battery compartment of the transmitter.
- Press each ON/OFF button on the transmitter to turn on or off the corresponding receiver accordingly.
Note:
- The program button of each receiver can also be used as a manual switch.
- The receiver will remain OFF after a power cut to save energy.
Canceling Programming:
To remove a receiver from all transmitter pairing (no remote transmitter can
control it):
- Unplug the connected device from the receiver.
- Unplug the receiver from the powered outlet.
- Press and hold the program button on the receiver.
- Plug the receiver back into the powered outlet while continuing to press the program button for approximately 5 seconds until the indicator begins to flash.
- Program reset is successful when the indicator on the receiver flashes several times and stops blinking.
Programming the Receiver:
To program a transmitter and receiver:
- Cancel the programming by following the steps in the “Canceling Programming” section above.
- Press the program button on the receiver until the indicator light starts to blink.
- Release the program button, and press the ON and then OFF buttons for any desired number on the transmitter.
- Programming/pairing is successful when the indicator light stops blinking.
Battery Replacement:
If you find the receiver works abnormally or the indicator on the remote
transmitter becomes dim, please replace the remote battery with a new DC 12V
(type 23A) battery, making sure the polarity (+/-) of the battery is correct.
- Low battery power may decrease readable wireless remote range.
- Remove batteries if the remote is not in use for an extended period of time.
Troubleshooting:
In case one receiver is unresponsive to the remote control, follow these
steps:
- If the receiver is unresponsive, refer to the “Canceling Programming” and “Programming the Receiver” sections in the manual to reset the receiver.
- Make sure the receiver and appliance are properly connected and powered on.
- Ensure that the transmitter is within range to control the receiver.
- The wireless range may be affected by other electronic devices, appliances, walls, and physical barriers.

The receivers and transmitter have been pre-paired for immediate use, but there are a few units that may not be pre-programmed or programmed incorrectly, or you want to customize the configuration to meet your needs. To program a transmitter and receiver, please follow the steps below:
- Cancel the programming referring to the above “Canceling Programming” section first.
- Press the program button on the receiver until the indicator light starts to blink.
- Release the program button, press “ON” and then the “OFF” buttons for any desired number on the transmitter.
- Programming/paring is successful when the indicator light stops blinking.
Battery Replacement
If you find the receiver works abnormally or the indicator on the remote transmitter becomes dim, please replace the remote battery with a new DC 12V (type 23A ) battery, making sure the polarity +/- of the battery is correct.
- Low battery power may decrease readable wireless remote range.
- Remove batteries if the remote is not in use for an extended period of time.
Troubleshooting
In the case that one receiver is unresponsive to remote control, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- If the receiver is unresponsive to the remote control, please refer to the “Canceling Programming” and “Programming the Receiver” sections in the manual to reset the receiver.
- “Canceling Programming” is always prior to “Programming the Receiver” when you want to make some changes.
- Make sure the receiver and appliance are properly connected and powered on.
- Maybe the transmitter is too far away to control the receiver.
- The wireless range may be shorted by other electronic devices, appliances, walls, and other physical barriers.
