Product Usage Instructions
Flow Direction
- Valves are delivered in approximately half-opened position and are ready for brazing.
Mounting Direction
- Ensure correct mounting direction as per Danfoss 27H401.10 guidelines.
Brazing/Welding
- Use Silver-Flo 56 (AWS B Ag-7) for brazing. For TIG welding, use a 2mm thick stainless steel alloy. Avoid filler metals containing Phosphor like BS: CP 1/ DIN L-Ag 15P or BS: CP 3/ DIN L-Ag P7.
Electrical Connections
- Connect A1 and A2 to coil I, and B1 and B2 to coil II as per Danfoss 27H435.10 and Danfoss 34G166.10 instructions.
Service
- Refer to Danfoss 27H403.10 and 27H408.10 for service instructions. Use the service kit with 3 O-rings (Code no. 027H7248).

Brazing

Materials used for brazing:
- Flus: Metallic tenacity No. 5 Powder or Braze Tec special h paste.
- Filler: Silver-Flo 55 (BS: AG 14/ DIN L-Ag55 Sn) or Silver-Flo 56 (AWS B Ag-7).
- Filler metals containing Phosphor i.e. BS: CP 1/ DIN L-Ag 15P or BS: CP 3/ DIN L-Ag P7 must not be used.
Welding
Recommendation for TIG welding
- Power approximately 60A.
- Use Shield gas charge – Argon.
- Welding material – approximately 2 mm thick stainless steel alloy.
Electrical connections

Service only
- Unskrew the big nut with 5 rotations
- Lift the motor with a screwdriver untill it is loose
- Unscrew the big nut fully
- The “fixing” pin must be placed in the gap
- Max. torque:130 Nm/ 95.9 ft-lbf
