AV Access B20 Bluetooth Adapter
Product Information
The Bluetooth Adapter B20 is a device that allows you to connect your computer with Bluetooth speakerphones. It is compatible with Windows 7/10/11, Android OS, and Mac OS. The adapter supports Bluetooth version 5.2 and has a transmission distance of up to 8 meters. It operates in the frequency range of 2.402GHz to 2.480GHz and is powered by a USB connection.
Product Usage Instruction
Port, LED Status, and Pairing Instructions
The Bluetooth adapter has a USB port for connecting to the USB port of your
computer. When inserted, the adapter will be powered on and start working.
The LED indicator on the adapter provides information about its status:
- Solid white: Connected to PC without data transmission
- Solid red: Connected to PC with audio data transmission
- Blinking white slowly: Reconnecting with the last connected device
- Blinking white quickly: Searching for Bluetooth devices nearby
- Blinking red quickly: Resetting the adapter to factory defaults
To reset the device to factory defaults and enter pairing mode to search for Bluetooth devices nearby, hold the pairing button for about 10 seconds.
After successful pairing, the Bluetooth adapter will automatically connect with the speakerphone that was paired last time. Manual selection on the computer is not required for subsequent connections.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with the Bluetooth adapter, refer to the following
troubleshooting steps:
- The Bluetooth adapter can’t be powered on: Check if the USB port of the adapter is inserted correctly and in good contact. Try plugging in and out the adapter again.
- The Bluetooth adapter can’t search and connect with the Bluetooth device: Plug in and out the adapter again or set it to pairing mode again.
- The Bluetooth adapter can’t be connected to the Bluetooth device: Check if the Bluetooth devices are in pairing mode.
- The Bluetooth adapter is paired with another Bluetooth device: Keep the adapter away from other Bluetooth devices and hold the pairing button for about 10 seconds to enter pairing mode again. Maintain a distance of within 1 meter between the adapter and the Bluetooth device during the pairing process.
- The connection status of the Bluetooth adapter: Check the LED indicator for detailed information (refer to Port, LED Status, and Pairing Instructions section).
- Audio data transmission is intermittent or stuttering: Try plugging in and out the adapter again. Avoid placing the adapter on metal objects or obstructing its signal, as it may cause interruptions in audio transmission.
- When using the Bluetooth adapter with AVA AnyCo A6 (in Daisy-chain mode): It must be connected to the host device in the daisy chain.
Warranty
The Bluetooth Adapter B20 is covered by limited 1-year parts and labor
warranty. AV Access Technology Limited will provide service for remediable
products with valid warranty cards and specified serial numbers.

After pairing successfully, the Bluetooth adapter is connected with the speakerphone successfully. In next connection, it doesn’t need to select manually on the computer, the Bluetooth adapter can be connected with the speakerphone paired last time.

Troubleshooting

The Bluetooth adapter can’t be powered on
- Please check if the USB port of the Bluetooth adapter is inserted to the adaptable position or if it is in poor contact.
- Please plug in and out the Bluetooth adapter again.

The Bluetooth adapter can’t search and connect with the Bluetooth device successfully for a long time
Please plug in and out the Bluetooth adapter again or set it to pairing mode again. -
The Bluetooth adapter can’t be connected to the Bluetooth device Please check if the Bluetooth devices are in pairing mode.

The Bluetooth adapter is paired with another Bluetooth device
Please keep the Bluetooth adapter free from other Bluetooth devices (such as Bluetooth speakers, TVs, etc.), and hold the pairing button for about 10s to set it to pairing mode again. The distance between the Bluetooth adapter and Bluetooth device needs to within 1m during pairing process. -
The connection status of the Bluetooth adapter can be checked through the LED indicator, please refer to “Port, LED Status and Pairing Instructions” section to get detail information.

When use the Bluetooth adapter, audio data transmission is intermittent or stuttering
Please try to plug in and out the Bluetooth adapter again.
Note: Please do not place the Bluetooth adapter on metal objects and try not to obstruct it. When the Bluetooth adapter signal is disturbed or obstructed, it may also cause audio transmission intermittent/stuttering. -
When the Bluetooth adapter is used with AVA AnyCo A6 (in Daisy-chain mode), it must be connected with the host device in the daisy chain.
Warranty
Products are backed by a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty. For the following cases AV Access Technology Limited shall charge for the service(s) claimed for the product if the product is still remediable and the warranty card becomes unenforceable or inapplicable.
- The original serial number (specified by AV Access Technology Limited) labeled on the product has been removed, erased, replaced, defaced or is illegible.
- The warranty has expired.
- The defects are caused by the fact that the product is repaired, dismantled or altered by anyone that is not from an AV Access Technology Limited authorized service partner. The defects are caused by the fact that the product is used or handled improperly, roughly or not as instructed in the applicable User Guide.
- The defects are caused by any force majeure including but not limited to accidents, fire, earthquake, lightning, tsunami and war.
- The service, configuration and gifts promised by salesman only but not covered by normal contract.
- AV Access Technology Limited preserves the right for interpretation of these cases above and to make changes to them at any time without notice.
