4iiii APPLE WATCH APP
QUICK START GUIDE
4iiii APP
Download the 4iiii App.
- Search ‘4iiii” in the App Store and download it to your iOS device.
- Open the 4iiii app and log in. If this is your first time using the app, you will need to create an account.
ADD TI WATCH
On your iPhone or iPad go to the Apple Watch App.
- Scroll down to the ‘Available Apps’ section.
- Find the purple 4iiii Ride App and tap the orange INSTALL button.
PAIR
Begin by pairing your power meter to your 4iiii Watch App.
- From the App’s main screen select Sensors.
- Then select Power meters.
- Wake up your power meter by rotating your crank 3 or 4 times.
- Select scan, then choose you power meter which will be displayed by its ANT+ ID.
Tip: If your power meter is already paired to your iPhone or iPad it will not show up on your watch. You must first unpair it from the other device then pair it with your watch. Bluetooth devices can only be paired to one device at at time.
START YOUR RIDE
From the main screen select Train.
- Choose between Road/Trail and Trainer
- Follow the prompts to the START screen.
- Press START
DURING YOUR RIDE
The main screen shows your stats.
- Swipe right to end or pause your ride.
- Swipe all the way left to edit settings
Tip: Depending if you are in Road/Trail or Trainer you will see a different number of data screens.
AFTER YOUR RIDE
The main screen will show your ride summary.
- Scroll down to see more information.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom to select end and exit.
Tip: All your data will also appear in your 4iiii App as well as Apple Fitness on your iPhone or iPad. Enable Auto-sync in the 4iiii iOS app to upload your FIT file to your Strada activity feed.
