Product Information

The Wireless Keyboard Model X315 is a compact and portable keyboard designed for use with computers. It features a power switch, a 2.4G Nano receiver, and requires two AAA batteries for operation. The keyboard layout includes function keys and multimedia controls for easy navigation and control.

Note:
Please install batteries according to the polarity (+ and -); do not mix different types of battery; do not use old and new batteries; remove batteries if the device is not going to be used for extended periods of time; always store batteries in a cool, dry place and keep away from children.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Turn the keyboard upside down and open the battery cover.
  2. Insert two AAA batteries, following the polarity (+ and -) indicated in the picture on the left. Close the battery cover.
  3. Plug the 2.4G Nano receiver into a USB port on your computer.
  4. Turn the keyboard upside down and switch it on using the power switch.
  5. The keyboard is now ready for use.

Note: If the keyboard is not going to be used for extended periods of time, remove the batteries. Always store batteries in a cool, dry place and keep them away from children. Do not mix different types of batteries or use old and new batteries together.

Keyboard Maintenance

To ensure the proper functioning and longevity of the keyboard, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  1. Keep the keyboard away from liquid or humid environments, saunas, swimming pools, and steam rooms. Do not let the keyboard get wet in the rain.
  2. Avoid exposing the keyboard to extreme temperatures.
  3. Do not expose the keyboard to direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
  4. Avoid placing the keyboard close to flames, such as cooking stoves, candles, or fireplaces.
  5. Avoid using sharp objects or scratching the keyboard.
  6. Replace batteries in a timely manner to ensure normal operation.
  7. Keep the keyboard away from liquid or humid environment, saunas, swimming pool, steam room and don’t let the keyboard get wet in the rain.
  8. Don’t expose the keyboard at too high or too low temperature condition.
  9. Don’t put the keyboard under the sun for a long time.
  10. Don’t put the keyboard close to the flame, such as cooking stoves, candles or fireplace.
  11. Avoid sharp objects or scratching products. To ensure normal operation, replace batteries in a timely manner.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with the keyboard, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. If the 2.4G Nano receiver is unrecognized, check if the USB interface is functioning properly.
  2. If the red light on the keyboard flashes continuously, it indicates low battery power. Replace the batteries.
  3. If the screen display shows that the 2.4G Keyboard is disconnecting, press any key to wake the device from sleep mode.
  4. If the code is missing, plug the 2.4G Nano receiver again and press the ESC+Q key on the keyboard after the computer recognizes it. The keyboard will be connected successfully.

Operating Instructions

  1. Turn the keyboard upside down, open the lid and remove the 2.4G Nano receiver.
  2.  Insert two AAA batteries as shown picture on the left. Close the batteries cover.
  3. Plug the 2.4G Nano receiver into a USB port of your computer.
  4. Turn the keyboard upside down and turn on using the power switch. The keyboard is now ready for use.

Note: The FN+F8 key combination is not functional in the non-system built-in player software.

FAQ

  1. The 2.4G Nano receiver unrecognized?
    If the 2.4G Nano receiver unrecognized, please check the USB interface is functioning.

  2. Why does the red light always flash while in use?
    The flashing red light indicates low battery power; please replace the batteries.

  3. The screen display says the 2.4G Keyboard is disconnecting?
    To save battery power, the 2.4G keyboard will go into “sleep mode” if it is not used for some time. Press any key to wake the device.

  4. Code missing
    Please plug the 2.4 G Nano receiver again, after the computer has been recognized, press the ESC+Q key and turn on the keyboard, the keyboard will be connected successfully.

Shenzhen Unichain Technology Co., LTD. (Manufacturer: “Unichain”) warrants to the original purchaser of this TECKNET product that the product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship.

What the period of coverage is.
Unichain warrants the TECKNET product for 12 Months.

What will we do to correct problems?
Unichain will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge (except for shipping charges for the product).

What is not covered by this warranty?
All above warranties are null and void if the TECKNET product is not provided to Unichain for inspection upon Unichain’s request at the sole expense of the purchaser, or if Unichain determines that the TECKNET product has been improperly installed, altered in any way, or tampered with. The TECKNET Product Warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood, earthquake, lightning, war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, damage due to low voltage disturbances (e.g. brownouts or sags), non-authorized program, or system equipment modification or alteration.
