Using Wimaxit’s Buttons
**Power Button
**
Power On: Press power button after power off. Auto Power on when power is
connected.
Power Off: Hold power button for 3 seconds.
Return/Exist: While on menu status, short press for return.
Input: Short press power button to select input source.

Toggle wheel button Up. Push up to increase volume push down to decrease volume

Note: Make sure to save your settings via the Wheel Button before closingthemenu.

Connect to monitor’s Mini HDMI / USB-C port with a valid source suchasaPCorgaming console.
NOTE: Not all PC, laptop, or mobile phone USB-C ports output signal. PleaseseetheFAQfor more information. -
Power
Connect USB-C to either input port. Both USB Type- C ports are availabletoreceiveboth power and video signals. FHD (1080P) Wimaxit model requires 5V, 2A minimuminput power. We recommend to use the original power supply (5V 3A or 9V 2A) for Samsungphones while connecting to our Wimaxit’s display.
NOTE: Most PCs and laptops do not output 5V, 2A power and will not
providesufficientcharge to power the Wimaxit display without additional
external power. Pleaseusingthesupplied power adapter to powering the monitor
if your monitor is not poweringon.
NOTE: For simultaneous power and data transfer, use one USB-C for
datatransmissionand another for power supply. The power output of each device
can vary. In case of a power shortage, lower brightnessand volume on the
monitor or use the AC adapter to power the monitor.

Most PCs and laptops do not output 5V, 2A power and will not provide sufficientchargetopower the monitor without additional external power. Some standard chargerswill alsonot output sufficient power for the FHD monitor. Please using the suppliedpoweradapterto powering the monitor if your monitor is not powering on.
Not all mobile devices output signal and may not be able to work with theWIMAXITMonitor. Please see the FAQ for more information. If your touchscreen or display does not work with any of these configurations, pleaseconsult the FAQ at the end of the manual.

Safety Instructions:
- Do not use a damaged, loose, unauthorized plug. This may cause anelectricshockorfire.
- Do not operate power plug by wet hand. This may cause electric shock.
- Please do not bend the monitor and place the heavy things on the screen.
- High humidity and dust environment may cause the electric shock anddamagethemonitor.
- Please place the monitor on a flat and stable surface.
- Please cleaning screen slightly with a moistened, soft fabric.
- If the connector between the plug and the pin is dusty or dirty, cleanit properlywithadry cloth. A dirty connector can cause an electric shock or fire.
- If there is weird smell and sound come from monitors. Please power off andcontactcustomer support for assistance.
Troubleshooting (FAQ)
My screen does not turn on or I’m seeing a black / blank screen
Please try plugging it into a power source with the supplied power adapter orusingtheUSB C cable provided. Please do not use generic USB-C cables sine not all cablesaremadeequal. Some generic cables might not be able to power the monitor or providedimageoutput to the monitor.
Audio is playing from my Wimaxit screen instead of my laptop or headphones
Please go into the audio / volume settings on your computer and switchoutputbacktoyour laptop or headphones.
Why isn’t my mobile device / tablet connected to the Wimaxit?
- Some phone brands, by design, do not output any display signal. Unfortunately,thismeans you will not be cable to connect to your smart phone to your Wimaxit.
- For Apple tablets and smart phones, you will need to use a special Lighting-to-HDMIadapter available on amazon due to Apple’s limitations.
- Make sure you’re also providing enough power to the monitor (5V2A). Manytabletsand mobile devices do not output sufficient power to turn on the monitor. Pleasepower by connecting the Wimaxit to a charger or another device likeapowerbank.
Wimaxit display isn’t working when a USB-C cable is connected
Make sure that your device is on the list of supported devices and that theUSB-Cporton your device is a full-featured USB-C(USB-C 3.1 Gen2(10 Gbps)) port. If theUSB-Cporton your device is only capable of charging, then it cannot support videotransfertoWimaxit display.
The speakers aren’t working
Check to see if the display is set to “Silent” and make sure the volume is turnedup.GotoVolume Settings to set up Wimaxit’s audio.
The Power LED Light is green and there is no screen image
- Check if the monitor and the computer are on.
- Make sure your video input (USB-C or mini HDMI) are properly connected.
- Inspect the signal cable and make sure the pins are not bent or damaged.
- Connect the computer to another monitor to ensure the computer andoutputportis working properly.
Screen image is too light or dark
Adjust the Brightness settings via the Roll key Button, short press the “+”, “-” Button
Screen image bounces or a wave pattern is present in the image
- Make sure the USB-C cable is properly connected.
- Move away from electrical devices that may cause interference.
Screen image has color defects (white does not look white
- Inspect the USB-C cable and make sure that none of the pins are bent.
- Use another USB-C or HDMI cable to connect your device to the Wimaxit display.
My monitor keeps shutting off without warning
- The monitor will shut down when its power supply is low. Make surethedevicethatpowers Wimaxit has sufficient power.
- Some laptops and devices will have a lower power output if it is lowonbattery.Itisalso common for some devices to have a defective output port that doesnotgiveaconsistent or sufficient power lever, which may result in the screenturningonandoff unexpectedly. We recommend powering the Wimaxit via the suppliedpowerplugif this continues happening with your device.
- Check if the signal source (your phone, computer, game console, etc.) wentintosleep mode. Wimaxit display will turn off automatically if the signal sourcegoestosleep for more than 15 seconds. This is done to preserve the power of yourdevice
