Important Safety Information:

- ALWAYS replace bulb with a shatter-resistant bulb. Not doing so may result in injury and/or contaminate product.
- DO NOT use unit if the power outlet, plug, or cord being used are damaged.
- DO NOT allow the cord to make contact with water and avoid letting it run over carpets or heating devices.
- DO NOT use the unit if missing or broken components are found. Contact a qualified service technician to make all repairs.
- DO NOT use in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, dust, or other explosive situations.
- DO NOT touch the bottom of the heating cabinet when in use. Metal surfaces will be extremely hot during and after use and should be allowed to cool before transporting or putting the unit in storage.
- DO NOT use machine outdoors.
- DO NOT put unit or any parts in a dishwasher.
- DO NOT submerge unit in water.
- DO NOT use abrasive cleaning products.
Installing Rear Access Door:
- Hold with 2 tabs facing away from you, toward the unit with the panel tilted as shown.
- Insert panel into unit until side tabs are inside, flexing or rotating door if needed. Note: Be careful to not permanently bend the panel.
- Straighten door and lower tabs into cut outs. Flip door up until magnets catch to keep it closed.
Operating Instructions
- Before use, securely station the Merchandiser on a dry, level surface that is away from any water. Be sure to clean the glass surfaces and wipe down the interior with a clean, damp sponge.
- This unit comes with 3 options for decals- Popcorn, Nacho Chips, and Peanuts. If you decide to use the decals, it’s recommended to use them on different sides of the merchandiser to give it versatility. You can then have whatever you’re serving that day face the customers.
- Plug the cord into a properly grounded electrical outlet.
- Turn the power and heat switches on which will activate the light, warming deck, and forced air heating. Use the thermostatic control and set the temperature to the maximum for the preheat. This can be adjusted once preheated. The switches and thermostatic control are located on the front of the unit.
- Allow the merchandiser to preheat until you can feel the heat coming from the unit. This unit is not meant to prethermalize food, it can only keep product warm and crisp. Note: There may be a burning smell during first-time use. Allow the unit for 30 minutes to burn off any protective residue from the manufacturing process.
- Open the top lid and gently add the contents you want to keep warm. If using nacho chips, there is a guard that helps the chips from breaking. Ensure it is installed properly.
- When ready to serve, the door pulls out from the top latch and towards the user. You can now reach in and serve the popcorn, nachos, or peanuts using a scoop.

Cleaning & Maintenance
The cabinet should be cleaned after every 3 or 4 uses, or before it is going to be stored for an extended period of time.

Unplug the power supply and allow ample time for the unit to cool.

Remove the crumb tray and dispose of crumbs in the trash. It is recommended to dump the crumb tray 3-4 times per day and clean the crumb tray with a degreaser daily.
Note: Make a visual inspection of the crumb tray cavity to ensure there are no loose crumbs that were not caught by the tray. -
With all switches off and the unit cooled, use a degreaser such as Noble Chemical Formula-D Decarbonizer and Degreaser (147FORMULAD) and a damp cloth to wipe the interior and exterior.

Make sure the cabinet glass stays clean and clear by wiping with a window cleaner such as Noble Chemical Reflect Glass Cleaner (147REFLECT).
