DESKFIT DF300 Height Adjustable Desk

In order to fully use the potential of the product and be able to enjoy it for many years, please read this manual carefully before starting up, and use the device according to the instructions. The operational safety and function of the device can only be guaranteed if the safety instructions in this user manual are observed. We shall not assume any liability for damages resulting from improper use or incorrect operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

This general safety information must be observed when using this product. Read all instructions before using the product.
Please keep this manual for future reference.

1. This product is not intended for use by young children without supervision.
2. This product contains small items !hat could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep these items away from children.
3. This product is intended for indoor use only. Using this product outdoors could lead to product failure and personal injury.
4. This product can be used by children from 8 years old (supervised) to Adult. Users with disabilities or lack of experience and operating knowledge should be supervised and given careful instruction prior to using this product. The desktop should never be sat on and children should be prohibited from having unsupervised contact with the product.
5. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
6. lf the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
7. IMPORTANT: Ensure that you have received all parts according to the component checklist prior to installation. II any parts are missing or faulty, telephone your local distributor for a replacement.
8. QUICK TIP: DO NOT overtighten screws during installation.
9. CAUTION: Please place the product away from corrosive gas, water and dusty environment.
10. Caution: Do not place any objects under the workstation while using.
11. Danger of getting squeezed: Mind your hands and do not touch the table legs while using.

ASSEMBLING THE FRAME

• Loosen the two screws using the Allen key. Adjust the frame length to suit the desktop. Retighten all screws.
• Attach the telescopic crossbar to the legs as shown using the screws identified in the illustration.

INSTALLING THE SIDE BRACKETS

• Attach the two side brackets to both ends of the frame using the four screws and tighten all screws with an Allen key.

INSTALLING THE FEET

• With the frame upside down, place the feet on the legs as shown. Insert the screws as shown and fix them under the desk legs.

INSTALLING THE SYNC ROD

• With the frame positioned upright, turn the knob as shown counterclockwise to loosen the sync rod. Adjust the sync rod to match the frame’s width then.
  Notice: Match the red line an the sync rod with the right side of left leg. Match the right side of the right knob of the sync rod with the red line an the rod of the molar. Re-tighten the sync rod using the knob.

INSTALLING THE SHELF

• Loosen and remove the screws with a proper screwdriver.
  Fix the hooks to the shelf with the previously removed screws.

• Tighten the screws.

• Hang the shelf onto the center part of the telescopic crossbar.

• Tighten all the screws on the hook.

CONNECTING THE CABLES

Connect the wires to the control unit.

1. First connect the motor cable to the connection M1 on the control unit. the connection M1 on the control unit.
2. Then connect the controller K to port P2 on the control unit.P2 on the control unit.
3. The last step is to connect the power plug J to the connector AC on the oppoAC on the opposite side of the control unit. site side of the control unit.
   Note: Keep all cables organized.

INSTALLING THE DESKTOP

Remove the protective film from the adhesive rubber pads. Position the rubber pads an the side brackets as shown. Place the desktop an the frame and insert the desktop mounting screws.

• Tighten all screws.

• Each foot pad can be adjusted independently for fine-tuning. Slightly turn the foot pad to lower or raise the base. Use a spirit level to make sure the desk is even.
• The adjustable table frame is now ready to use.

OPERATING THE CONTROL PANEL

Operation instruction:
Activate the System: Touch the screen. The “—” will appear on the display. Then, press and hold the “M” button for 3 seconds. The current height will display, and you can start operating the system.

Protective Standby Mode: lf there is no operation for 1 minute, the system will enter the protective standby mode. To turn off the standby mode, press and hold the “M” button for 3 seconds. You can also press and hold the “M” button for 3 seconds to activate the standby mode, when you don’t need to operate the system.

Height Adjustment:
Press and hold the up button to lilt the desk. Press and hold the down button to lower the desk.

Timer:
The timer is designed to inform users to stand up after a sei period of time. Press the “T” button to set the period of time. The display will flash “0.5 h” for 0.5 hour. Each press ol the “T” button leads to a 0.5 hour increment. The maximal setting of time is 2 hours. When the display stops flashing, then the period ol time is successlully sei. And the indicator light on the top right of panel will be on. When the set time is up, the buzzer will beep to remind the users. The timer will turn off automati-cally alter a long beep. To cancel the timing, press “T” button for 5 times until the display shows the current height and the indicator light is off.

Memory Setting: Adjust the desk to your desired position. Press the “M” button, then “S-” appears on the display. Press “1”, “2” or “3”. The memory is successlully sei. You can store up to 3 heights by repeating the same process.

Power-saving Mode: When no actions are made for over 1O minutes, the system will enter power-saving mode. Press any buttons to enter operation mode.

Measurement Switch (cm/inch): Press “T” or 8s. The buzzer will beep twice. The measurement is changed from centimeter to inch.
lf you want to switch the measurement back to centimeter, also press the “T” for 8s.

Reset Mode: While the system is reconnected, press the down button until “RST” is displayed. Continue to press the button. The desk will move down and then raise a little bit. (Make sure you never release the button during the process.) After the movement stops, the system is successlully reset to the starting position.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

This repair guide intends to help you identify and solve the minor problems caused by the unusual operation of the electronic system of our
sit-stand desk. The simple procedures in this manual are easy to follow and capable of solving most problems happened in everyday use.
II ER1/ER2/HOT/ER3/ER4/ER5 appear on the control panel, this is normally nothing to worry about, and usually is an indication that the system has experienced activity that is above-rated specifications. Simply follow the steps below, most errors can be solved. II the problems aren’t solved, please contact your point of purchase to replace components.
ER1 Troubleshooting:

1. Step 1: Check if the desk is overloaded. lf so, remove the items on the desktop and disconnect the power. I do not, only disconnect the power.
2. Step 2: Wait for 1Os then reconnect the cord.

ER2/HOT Troubleshooting:

1. Step 1: The system has experienced above-normal temperature. So, allow your desk to cool down and remain idle for approximately 20 minutes. Never turn off the power during the process.

ER3/ER4/ER5 Troubleshooting:

1. Step 1: The system has experienced unusual electrical problems. Firstly, disconnect the motor cords and power.
2. Step 2: Wait for 1 Os then reconnect the cords.
3. Step 3: Press and hold the down button until the image appears, and continue to press the button. The desk will move down and then raise a little bit. (Make sure you never release the button during the process.)
4. Step 4: Release the button alter the movement stops.

OTHER PROBLEMS

Control Panel Problems:
lf the control panel has no response or can’t adjust the desk, please contact your point of purchase to replace the control panel alter confirming the desk is properly connected to power. lf the new control panel works, please contact us to replace the original control panel. lf the desk still doesn’t work, please contact your point of purchase for service or repair to your unit .

Lifting Columns Can’t Operate:
lf the desk doesn’t work, alter confirming the control panel works properly, please turn the power off, and restart the system. lf it still doesn’t work, please contact your point of purchase for service or repair to your unit .

Overcurrent Protection:
In addition, an over-current protection mode has been also programmed in this system. When the electricity is an overrated specification, the system will enter this mode. The desk will lower approximately 30mm and stop with the height displayed if the mode activates. This is only an introduction of the function of the downward movement. No troubleshooting is required when this happens.

Old batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of with household waste. As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. The symbol with the crossed-out garbage can means that you are not allowed to dispose of old batteries in the household waste.
Use the official collection points for this, such as the collection points of public waste disposal carriers. You can also return used batteries to retail outlets, provided they sell batteries. If the symbol Cd, Hg, or Pb is displayed under the symbol of the crossed-out garbage can, this is an indication that the battery contains either cadmium, mercury or lead. These are toxic heavy metals that not only pose significant risks to the environment but also to human health.

Recycling loop
Packaging material can be conveyed back to the raw material cycle. Dispose of packaging material in accordance with legal provisions. Information can be retrieved from the return or collections systems of your community.
