Product Information

The Kidman Fresh air system LCD controller is an intelligent controller that adopts touch button technology for flexible and convenient operation. It is equipped with built-in sensors to monitor indoor temperature, humidity, PM2.5 concentration, and CO2 concentration in real-time. The controller can directly control the start and speed of the new fan, making it suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial environments. It effectively improves air quality, creating a healthy, comfortable, efficient, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving living and working environment.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Switch: To open the controller and activate the fan operation, press the switch. The LCD will display the control interface. To turn off the controller and deactivate the fan output, press the switch again. The LCD will display “OFF”.
  2. Adjust Working Mode: Short press the “M” key to switch between automatic, manual, and timing working modes.
    • Manual Mode: In manual mode, use the short button to adjust the wind speed of the fan and the exhaust fan.
    • Timing Mode: In timing mode, the fan will run according to the set time and wind speed. You can set 4 periods per day from Monday to Sunday, totaling 28 periods.
    • Automatic Mode: In automatic mode, the controller will automatically regulate the fan’s speed based on the air quality condition (PM2.5 and CO2 concentration).
  3. PM2.5 Concentration: The controller has different concentration set points for PM2.5. The set points are as follows:
    • 80 µg/m3 or higher: Concentration ≥ (concentration-set point)
    • 60 µg/m3 or higher: Concentration ≥ (concentration-set point)
    • 40 µg/m3 or higher: Concentration ≥ (concentration-set point)
    • 20 µg/m3 or higher: Concentration ≥ (concentration-set point)
    • 0 µg/m3: Concentration = (concentration-set point)
  4. CO2 Concentration: The controller has different concentration set points for CO2. The set points are as follows:
    • 600 ppm or higher: Concentration ≥ (concentration-set point)
    • 400 ppm or higher: Concentration ≥ (concentration-set point)
    • 200 ppm or higher: Concentration ≥ (concentration-set point)
    • 0 ppm: Concentration = (concentration-set point)

Detailed operation instructions

  1. Switch: open the controller, display the LCD to control the operation of the fan; close the controller again, display OFF, and the output is off .

After the local time correction, short press the M key to enter the hour setting of Monday time, switch hour, minute and wind speed through the value; click the M key to enter the Monday time 2 setting…, repeat the previous steps until all 28 times. If the key is not operated for more than 10 seconds during the setting process, the controller will automatically return to the normal operating state and save the setting parameters.
  8. Filscreen prompt: After the fan starts the filter starts, when the filter screen exceeds the set maximum service time, the filter screen icon is flashing to replace or clean the filter screen; in the timing mode, the original clock position shows the working time (hours); in the timing mode, start the timing again.
  9. Maximum use time of the filter screen: in the manual mode, the filter time will display the original display clock position and flash the setting time, adjust the setting time through the keys and keys, the setting range is 100-2999 hours, exit the setting state and save the setting value.

WIFI Function operation instruction

First, the controller is connected to the WIFI network: the mobile phone scans the following QR code of the distribution network to download the “Doodle” APP, open the APP, register an account and log in as prompted. Long press the M key for 5 seconds to make the device enter the distribution network state (the icon flashes quickly), then click the “+” icon in the upper right corner of the APP to add the device – small household appliances – new fan, follow the instructions on the APP to complete the connection to the WIFI network, after the distribution network is successful (the icon is steady on), you can remotely control the device through the APP.
