Product Information

This product is a circular, lighted makeup mirror designed for household use. It features a swivel function that allows users to switch between the normal view and a 5x magnification view on the opposite side. The mirror is equipped with a polarized plug for
safety, which means one blade of the plug is wider than the other. The plug will only fit into a polarized outlet in one way.

It is important to note that this appliance should not be used by, on, or near children or individuals with certain disabilities. The mirror operates on standard 120 volt, 60 hertz AC electrical outlet (ordinary house current) and should not be used in any other
electrical outlet. The maximum recommended bulb wattage is 20 watts.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before using the mirror, carefully read all the instructions provided in the user manual.
  2. To ensure safety, always unplug the mirror from the electrical outlet before cleaning or servicing.
  3. When putting on or taking off parts, make sure to unplug the mirror from the outlet.
  4. Use the mirror only for its intended purpose as described in the instructions.
  5. Do not use any attachments that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
  6. If the mirror has a damaged cord or plug, is not working properly, has been dropped or damaged, or has been dropped into water, do not operate it. Instead, return it to a service center for examination and repair.
  7. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces and avoid pulling, twisting, or wrapping it around the mirror, even during storage.
  8. Avoid dropping or inserting any objects into any openings of the mirror.
  9. Do not use the mirror outdoors or in areas where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
  10. Before disconnecting the mirror, ensure that the switch is in the OFF position, then remove the plug from the outlet.
  11. Avoid placing or storing the mirror where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
  12. If the mirror falls into water, unplug it immediately and do not reach into the water.
  13. Never use the mirror while sleeping.
  14. Use a bulb with a maximum wattage of 20 watts only. Ensure that the mirror is connected to a 120 volt, 60 hertz AC electrical outlet.
  15. To protect against electric shock hazards, do not use the mirror while bathing or in the shower.
  16. Always unplug the mirror from the outlet before cleaning and never leave it unattended when it is plugged in.
  17. Ensure that the air openings of the mirror are not blocked and keep them free of lint, hair, and similar objects.
  18. This appliance is not a toy and should be kept away from children.

Operating Instructions

  1. Plug the mirror into any standard 120 volt wall outlet.
  2. To turn on the light, simply switch the switch on the line cord to the ON setting.
  3. After use, always turn the switch to the OFF position and unplug the mirror from the outlet.

Caution: Ensure that direct sunlight does not strike the mirror when left unattended, as reflected sunlight can cause fire.

  12. If mirror falls into water, unplug it immediately. Do not reach into the water.
  13. Never use while sleeping.
  14. Do not use a bulb greater than 20 watts. Use in any 120 volt, 60 hertz AC electrical outlet (ordinary house current). Do not use in any other electrical outlet.
  15. To protect against electric shock hazards, do not use while bathing or in the shower.
  16. Unplug the mirror from outlet before cleaning. Do not leave mirror unattended when it is plugged in.
  17. Never operate the furnishing with the air openings blocked; keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
  18. This appliance is not a toy. Keep away from children.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

To reduce the risk of electric shock, this mirror has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not change the plug in any way.
CAUTION: Be sure direct sunlight does not strike mirror when left unattended; reflected sunlight can cause fire.

  1. Your circular, lighted makeup mirror will swivel so that you can use either the normal view or the 5x magnification view located on the opposite side.
  2. Plug into any standard 120 volt wall outlet. To turn on light, simply turn the switch on the line cord to ON setting.
  3. After use, always turn the switch to the OFF position and unplug.
  4. The beauty and design of this mirror complement any decor. Therefore, you may wish to leave the mirror displayed. However, if you choose to store the mirror, see section about storage for detailed information.

TO REPLACE LIGHT BULB

CAUTION: TURN OFF POWER AND UNPLUG. ALLOW TO COOL AT LEAST 3 MINUTES BEFORE REPLACING BULB.
Contact a Conair Service Center at 1-800-326-6247 for replacement bulb information (ask for replacement bulb RP34B. Bulbs are $5.99 each; includes shipping and handling).

  1. Remove the two screws located on each side of the mirror (Fig. 1).
  2. Carefully lift off the removable housing from the half that is affixed to the stand.
  3. Unscrew the old bulb and replace with new bulb (Fig. 2).
  4. Carefully replace the removable half after aligning. the screw holes to the fixed half.
  5. Insert screws into screw holes and tighten.

CAUTION: TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK, MATCH WIDE BLADE OF PLUG TO WIDE SLOT, FULLY INSERT.

MAINTENANCE

Your lighted mirror is designed for household use and is virtually maintenance-free. No lubrication is needed.
If cleaning becomes necessary, disconnect the appliance from the power source, allow to cool and wipe exterior with a damp cloth. Clean mirror surfaces with a glass cleaner. Do not turn on light until you are certain mirror is completely dry. If any abnormal condition occurs, unplug the lighted mirror, allow it to cool, and return it to an authorized service center for repair.

STORAGE

Disconnect from electrical outlet. BE SURE DIRECT SUNLIGHT DOES NOT STRIKE MIRROR WHEN LEFT UNATTENDED. Allow to cool to room temperature before storing. Place in cool, dry area out of reach of children, where mirror will not be damaged.
Handle cord carefully to extend life of mirror; do not jerk or strain at plug connections or wrap cord around mirror for storage. This could cause damage to the cord or a short circuit. To store mirror, coil cord loosely.

YOU’RE WRONG.

KEEP AWAY FROM WATER

Everyone knows that electricity and water are a dangerous combination. But did you know that an electric appliance is still electrically live even if the switch is off? If the plug is in, the power is on. So when you are not using your appliances, keep them unplugged.

California residents need only provide proof of purchase and should call 1-800-3-CONAIR for shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE
