Schneider Electric JYT66352 Circuit Breaker SD SDE Wire
Product Information
The product is a Wiring Harness designed for PowerPacTTM H-, J-, and L-Frame Circuit Breakers with Electrical Accessories. It is used for installation purposes and is compatible with various kit numbers and wire harness types. The product is designed to provide power and connectivity to the circuit breakers and electrical accessories.
Required for Installation:
- Kit Number Wire Harness: S434500, S434506, S434501, S434507, S434502, S434508, S434503, S434504, S434505
- 24 Vdc
- 3.5 mm PZ2

Product Usage Instructions
Circuit Breaker Preparation:
- Before working on or inside the equipment, turn off all power supplying this equipment.
- If the circuit breaker is installed in an I-LineTM panel, remove it from the I-Line bus as per the instruction bulletin provided with the circuit breaker.
- If there is an installed handle extension that interferes with the enclosure door closing, remove it.
Note: Refer to Figure 1 for visual reference.
Installation:
- Follow the wiring diagram provided in Figure 2 for proper installation.
Note: Refer to Figure 6 for visual reference.
Ensure that all connections are secure and properly tightened. Once the
installation is complete, test the circuit breaker and electrical accessories
for proper functionality.

Installation
Circuit Breaker Preparation

Turn off all power supplying this equipment before working on or inside equipment.

Trip the circuit breaker (Figure 1, a–c).

If circuit breaker is installed in an I- Line™ panel, remove the circuit breaker from the I-Line bus, see the instruction bulletin shipped with the circuit breaker.

Remove any installed handle extension (a) if it will interfere with the enclosure door closing.

Remove accessory cover Figure 2, b–c).

Note: Wiring channel is determined by accessory location in circuit
breaker. See Table 1.

Determine correct channel in side pack wiring for wiring (Figure 5, a).

Route wiring through side plates (Figure 5, b–c).

Route wiring through top of accessory cover (Figure 5).

Bare wires must not touch after installation.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in equipment damage
- Install wire into accessory terminals.
- For ZSI applications, see Figure 6, a.
- For ENCT applications, see Figure 6, b.
- For other accessories, see Table 1.
Note: Leave T1/T2 jumper in place if there is no neutral CT

NOTICE

Tighten all accessory cover screws to stated torque.

Do not overtorque screws.

Do not use power equipment to torque screws.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in equipment damage. -
Replace accessory cover (Figure 7), being careful not to pinch wires when installing cover.
Note: Confirm catalog number on side accessory label and on accessory cover match. -
Replace Visi-TripTM handle (f), note proper orientation (g).
