Product Usage Instructions:

Please follow the instructions below for safe and effective use of the Meat Grinder:

  1. Before using the meat grinder, ensure that the motor unit is securely attached to a stable surface.
  2. Insert the ON/OFF button (ON/O) and Reverse button (R) into their respective slots on the motor unit.
  3. To lock the grinder head, press the grinder head locking button.
  4. Place the food to be ground into the grinder head inlet. Use the food pusher to push the food down into the grinder.
  5. Select the desired cutting plate (3mm, 5mm, or 7mm) and fix it onto the grinder head using the fixing ring.
  6. Turn on the Meat Grinder by setting the ON/OFF button to ON.
  7. Start feeding the food into the grinder slowly using the food pusher. Ensure that your hands are away from the grinder head inlet.
  8. After grinding, turn off the Meat Grinder by setting the ON/OFF button to OFF. Wait for the motor to completely stop before disassembling.
  9. For cleaning and storage, remove the grinder head body, cutting blade, and cutting plates. Wash them with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Store them in the provided storage box.

NOZZLE FOR COOKING HOME SAUSAGE. You can cook delicious homemade sausages and sausages according to your own recipe.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Place the spiral auger into the removable block of the meat grinder.
  2. Install the separator on the auger. Place the sausage attachment on the separator.
  3. Tighten the retaining ring (do not overtighten). Install the food tray on the meat grinder unit.
  4. Install the pusher in the opening of the loading tray.
  5. Place the meat grinder on a level surface. Do not block the ventilation holes with anything.
    Attention: Knife and grate are not installed

COOKING HOME SAUSAGE

  1. Prepare mince/minced meat for sausages. Add salt and spices to taste.
  2. Pre-soak the casing for sausages in warm water, to give it elasticity.
  3. Place the sausage casing on the nozzle and tie at the end shell node. The knot should be 1-2 cm from the exit nozzle holes so that the stuffing fills the shell tightly.
  4. Place the minced meat in the tray. Place a container under the grinder block.
  5. Connect the device to the mains and turn it on by pressing the ON button.
  6. Fill the casing by gently pushing the meat into the opening of the loading tray with the pusher.
  7. Remove the shell from the nozzle as you fill with minced meat. Leave the shell part empty to form the node.
    • Do not overload the meat grinder. At the end of the process, turn off the meat grinder and remove the remaining meat from it.
  8. Twist the casing to get the sausage. Determine the length of the sausage according to your desire.
  9. When finished, unplug the appliance from the mains. Note: If the casing sticks to the nozzle, moisten it with water.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Place the spiral auger into the removable block of the meat grinder.

  2. Install the separator on the auger.

  3. Place the cookie cutter on the separator.

  4. Tighten the retaining ring (do not overtighten).

  5. Insert the plate with shaped holes into the groove of the nozzle.

  6. Install the food tray on the mincer unit.

  7. Install the pusher in the opening of the loading tray.

  8. Place the grinder on a level surface. Do not block the ventilation holes
    Attention: Installation of a knife and a lattice is not made!
    COOKIES COOKING

  9. Roll up the dough with sausages that freely pass into the opening of the tray.

  10. Place a container under the mincer block.

  11. Connect the device to the mains and turn it on by pressing the ON button.

  12. Gently feed the dough into the opening of the loading tray without dipping fingers in it.

  13. At the end of the process, turn off the meat grinder and remove the rest of the dough from it.

  14. At the end of the work, disconnect the device from the mains.

CLEANING AND CARE

  • Turn off the meat grinder and make sure the motor has come to a complete stop. Disconnect the appliance from the mains.
  • Perform disassembly in the reverse order of assembly (Fig. 8).
  • Press the locking button of the removable block, turn the meat grinder block clockwise and disconnect from the motor block (Fig. 9).
  • Clean all parts of the meat grinder immediately after use.
  • Do not immerse the motor unit, plug, power cord in water. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
  • Wash all parts of the meat grinder that have come into contact with food in warm water with detergents.
  • Do not use abrasive, chlorine or organic solvents for cleaning.
  • Do not clean the metal parts (grid, knife, auger, fixing nut, removable block) of the appliance in the dishwasher!
  • Do not use hot water above 40℃ to wash the metal parts of the grinder, as this will speed up their oxidation.
    • After washing, wipe the metal parts with a dry cloth.
  • Wipe the clean and dried knife and grills with a cloth soaked in vegetable oil.
    • • If the meat grinder will not be used for a long time, wipe all metal parts with a cloth soaked in vegetable oil.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please read this instruction manual carefully before use and keep in a safe place for future reference.

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervisionor instruction concerning use of appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

  • Before the first connecting of the appliance check that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.

  • Home use only. Do not use for industrial purposes.

  • Do not use the meat grinder for any other purposes than those described in this instruction manual.

  • After transportation of storage at low temperatures allow the appliance to stay at room temperature for at least 2 hours before use.

  • Do not disassemble the appliance when it is plugged to the power supply. Always unplug the meat grinder from the power supply when not in use and before cleaning.

  • To protect against the risk of electric shock, DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER OR IN ANY OTHER LIQUIDS.

  • Do not place the appliance on soft, unstable surface or cover it with a cloth while in operation as it may cause overheating or breakdown.

  • Keep away from children.

  • Do not leave the meat grinder switched on when you do not use it. Do not use other attachments than those supplied. Do not overload the appliance.

  • Keep the cord away from sharp edges and hot surfaces.

  • Do not place the appliance near gas or electric oven or store at heated surface. The blades are very sharp, so handle them with care.

  • Do not push products into the appliance by fingers while it is in use.

  • If food becomes lodged in feeding tube, use pusher to push it down. If this doesn’t work, turn the motor off, unplug the appliance and disassemble it to remove remaining food.

  • Do not carry the unit by the food tray or head. Be sure to hold the housing with both hands.

  • Do not fix the cutting blade and cutting plate while using sausage and kebbe attachments.

  • Do not operate after malfunction or damage of cord. Do not grind hard food, such as bones, nuts, ginger or other products with hard fiber.

  • Do not operate for more than 5 minutes at one time. Turn off switch and let it rest for at least 10 minutes to cool down the motor, otherwise the motor may be damaged.

  • If in case of overloading the overheat protection system is activated, switch off the appliance by pressing the button REV/OFF, unplug it, and let the appliance cool down about 20-30 minutes, and then
    continue operation.

  • Do not attempt to repair, adjust or replace parts in the meat grinder. Repair the malfunctioning appliance in the nearest service center.

  • The grinder head may rotate slightly during the use, but it is normal. Do not over tighten the fixing ring to stop the movement. It may cause damage.

  • Removable metal parts (screw, cutting knife, cutting plates) can be oxidized after use. It is normal.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Unpack your appliance. Remove all packing materials.
  • Check if all parts are in a set and not damaged.
  • Clean all the parts according to the article «Cleaning and maintenance». Do not immerse motor unit into water.
  • Dry thoroughly before use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Switch off the appliance and make sure that the motor has stopped completely.
  • Unplug the appliance. Disassemble by reversing the assembling steps. Press locking button and turn the whole grinder head in the direction of the arrow.
  • Remove the pusher and tray. Clean all the attachments and parts right after use. Do not immerse motor unit, plug and power cord in water or keep in running water.
  • Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Wash all the parts that have come in contact with meat in warm soapy water. Do not use abrasives, chlorine containing substances or organic solvents.
  • The metal parts of the meat grinder are not to be washed in the dishwasher!
  • Do not wash all metal parts with hot water which temperature above 40℃. Because it will accelerate metal parts oxidation.
  • After washing please use dry cloth to wipe the metal parts.
  • Wipe all the cutting parts (cutting knife, cutting plates) with vegetable oil.
  • If the meat grinder won’t be used for a long time, please wipe all the metal parts by vegetable oil-wet dishcloth.

CAUTION: The blades are sharp and therefore dangerous. Handle with care.
STORAGE: Switch off and unplug the appliance; let it entirely cool.Complete all requirements of Chapter CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.Keep the appliance in a dry cool place
