Safety Precautions

  • Before riding, carefully read the product manual and check if all parts are in good condition to ensure riding safety.
  • If any problems are found, contact the dealer immediately.
  • Observe urban traffic regulations and avoid carrying passengers.
  • Slow down in rainy, snowy, and slippery conditions, and increase braking distance for safety.
  • Avoid wading through water levels that can flood the rear wheel motor hub, as it may cause a short circuit and damage the electrical components.
  • Do not touch both metal contacts of the battery box simultaneously to avoid generating a large short-circuit current and potential accidents.
  • Do not disassemble or replace parts by yourself. Purchase standard parts from the authorized dealer if necessary.
  • Avoid lending the electric bicycle to someone who cannot operate it properly to prevent unnecessary damage.

Battery Charging Instructions

The MI-J1 Snow Mountain Bike uses an external lithium battery that can be removed for charging.

  1. When the battery is low, open the key and carefully remove the battery, holding it tightly with both hands to prevent it from falling.
  2. Take out the charger and plug the input end into a power supply.
  3. Plug the output end (DC2.1) into the battery charging hole.
  4. The red light indicates that the battery is charging, and it will take approximately 7-9 hours.
  5. When the green light is on, the battery is fully charged.

Warnings:

  1. Be cautious of voltage and current when connecting or disconnecting the battery to prevent damage to the PCM (Protection Circuit Module) of the battery pack. Ensure that the voltage and current are controlled within safe limits.
  2. To prevent leakage, heating, or fire, follow the recommended precautions provided in the manual.

2

PCM of pack., PCM
2. To prevent the possibility of the pack from leaking, heating, fire . please observe the following precautions: ,,,:
3. Do not immerse the pack in water and seawater Guard against Damp ,.
4. Do not use and leave the pack near a heat source as fire or heater ,,.
5. When recharging, use the battery charger specifically for that purpose .
6. Do not reverse the position and negative terminals
7. Do not connect the pack to an electrical outlet
8. Do not discard the pack in fire or heat it
9. Do not short-circuit the pack by directly connecting the positive and negative terminal with metal object such wire .
10. Do not transport and store the battery together with metal objects such as necklaces, hairpins etc. ,, .
11. Do not strike or throw the pack. ,. 12. Do not directly solder the pack or battery and pierce the battery with a nail or other sharp object. . 13. As installed safety device in the battery, please do not resolve or change any other sections of the battery to protect the inherent safety functions ,,
Cautions
3

1. Do not use or leave the pack at very high temperature (for example at strong direct sunlight or a vehicle in extremely hot conditions). Otherwise, it can overheat or fire or its performance will be degenerate and its service life will be decreased. ( ),, .
2. Do not use it in a location where static electricity is great, otherwise the safety devices in the pack may be damaged, which will cause hidden trouble of safety. , ,.
3. If the pack leaks and the electrolyte get into the eyes, do not rub eyes, instead, rinse the eyes, with clean running water, and immediately seek medical attention. Otherwise, eye injury can result. ,,,,, .
4. If the battery emits peculiar smell, heating, discoloration, deformation during use or storage, or any abnormal phenomenon occurs during charging, immediately remove the battery from the charger or device, and stop using the primary charge and discharge to activate the battery ,,,, ,,
5. In case the pack terminals are dirt, clean the terminals with a dry
cloth before use. Otherwise power failure or charge failure may occur due to the poor connection with the instrument. , ,.
6. Be aware discharged battery may cause fire or smoke, tape the terminals to insulate them ,,
7.The pack should be stored at room temperature, charged to about 40% to 60% of capacity. In case of over-discharge, pack should be charged for one time every 3 months while storing and batteries should be discharge and charge after being stored more than a year in order to activate it and restore energy. 40%
4

60%3
8. Prohibition short circuit Never make short pack circuit. It generates very high current which causes heating of the cells and may cause electrolyte leakage, gassing or explosion that are very dangerous. The LIP tabs may be easily short-circuited by putting them on conductive surface. Such outer short circuit may lead to heat generation and damage of the cell.
9 .Mechanical shock LIP cells have less mechanical endurance than metal-can- cased LIB. Falling, hitting, bending, etc. may cause degradation of LIPcharacteristics.
