ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  • 3 years on gaming desks and chairs
  • Upholstery is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing
    *All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential
    damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a two year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric and foam is warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
    It is the customer’s responsibility to prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return freight on components covered by warranty will be paid by Office Star Products.
    Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, there are times when parts are damaged or missing. Our Parts Department will do everything possible to promptly remedy the problem. WARNING

  1. Do not use this product unless all bolts, screws and knobs are securely tightened.
  2. Check that all bolts, screws and knobs are tight every three months or as needed.
  3. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic cover as head covering. It may cause suffocation.
  4. Do not use product as stepladder.
  5.  Use product for its intended purpose only.
  6.  Use mild detergent only for cleaning.

PARTS

Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1 Attach one Foot (3) to each Lifting Column (2) using Allen Bolts (C) for each Foot (3). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL ALLEN BOLTS (C) USING ALLEN WRENCH (D or E).
STEP 2 Attach Lifting Columns (2) to underside of Desk Top (1) using four Allen Bolts (C) for each Lifting Column (2). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL ALLEN BOLTS (C) USING ALLEN WRENCH (D or E).

STEP 3 Attach Handset (5) to underside of Desk Top (1) using provided screws. FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS USING PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER (NOT PROVIDED).
STEP 4 Attach Headphone Hangers (4) to sides of underside of Desk Top (1) using two Phillips Bolts (A) for each Headphone Hanger (4). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL PHILLIPS BOLTS (A) USING PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER (NOT PROVIDED).

STEP 5 Attach Bracket (7) to underside of Desk Top (1) using three Allen Bolts (C). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL ALLEN BOLTS (C) USING ALLEN WRENCH (D or E).
STEP 6 Attach Plastic Bracket (9) to underside of Desk Top (1) using four Phillips Bolts (A). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL PHILLIPS BOLTS (A) USING PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER (NOT PROVIDED). STEP 7 Attach Bluetooth LED Light (6) to rear underside edge of Desk Top (1) using three Phillips Bolts (A). FULLY TIGHTEN PHILLIPS BOLTS (A) USING PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER (NOT PROVIDED).
STEP 8: CABLE CONNECTION

STEP 8 If using a power strip bracket, connect cables as shown below. If not using a power strip bracket, plug each component to a wall outlet.
Handset use and settings

Attention
Please make sure that there are no obstructions during the ascending and descending process of the desk, and all cables are long enough for the desk to go up and down.

Lifting Function:

| a. The height of the desk can be adjusted up or down by pressing “▲” or “▼” button.
b. Long press the “▲” or “▼” button for more than 1.2 seconds to enter the automatic mode, and then press any button to stop the process.
(This function is optional, the default software does not have this function)

Reset Function:| a. At the lowest position, long press the down button for more than 5 seconds to enter the reset state, until the lifting system bottoms out and the rebound stops, the reset is successful. b. When the lifting system fails, release the button and long press the down button until the lifting system bottoms out and
rebound stops, which means the reset is successful.
Troubleshooting:
| a. If there is no response when pressing the up or down button after a period of continuous work, please rest for more than 18 minutes before using it.
b. During the lifting process, if there is a retreat phenomenon, please check whether the desk load is too heavy or whether the desk shakes greatly.

Common fault treatment
The following tips will help you detect and eliminate the common fault and error. If the fault you met is not listed below, please contact with your supplier. Only the manufacturer and professionals are capable for investigating and correcting those fault and error.

Attention

  2. Service Environment: 0-40Cº
  3. Unplug the power plug before cleaning, wipe the dust on surface with slight wet dishcloth when cleaning, be careful not to let the drops into the internal parts, not loose the connector.
  4. The electric box contains electronic components, metals, plastics, wires etc., so dispose of it in accordance with each country’s environmental legislation, not the general household waste.
  5. Check carefully to ensure correct and complete assembly before using.
  6. Be familiar with all functions and program settings of the product before first use.
  7. Children are forbidden to play on the product because of unforeseen action when playing, so any dangerous consequences caused by this improper action will not be on manufacturers.
  8. Slight noise caused by the V-ribbed belt or brake system due to structure will not have any effect on the use of the equipment.
  9. Corrosive or abrasive materials are forbidden to clean the equipment. Must ensure that the cleaner used will not pollute the environment.
  10. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
  11.  Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  13. Please make sure there is no hazard sources in your operating environment. e.g., do not litter the tools around. Always be careful to treat the packaging materials in order to avoid any possible danger, e.g. plastic bag may lead to choking hazard to children.
  14.  Keep the original package of the equipment if necessary in case of the future use in transportation.

Waste disposal
**** This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.

 PARTS

STEP 1 Attach Rod (4) to Bracket (6) using two Allen Screws (C). Attach Clamp (7) to Bracket (6) using two All Screws (D). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS USING ALLEN WRENCH (F).
STEP 2 Mount assembly to tabletop or desk top. FULLY TIGHTEN KNOBS.

STEP 3 Attach Cable Clips (9) to Monitor Arm (2). Slide Fixing Ring (3) onto Rod (4) and slide Rod (4) through Monitor Arm (2). SECURE FIXING RING (3) USING ALLEN WRENCH (12). Cover end of Rod (4) using Arm Cap (1). Cover screw holes on Monitor Arm (2) using two Covers (10).
STEP 4 Depending on your monitor(s), partially screw either two Phillips Screw (A) or Phillips Screws (B) into rear of monitor(s). You may need increase the amount of washers used to suit the monitor(s) you are mounting. Attach Mounting Plate (11) to rear of monitor(s) using either two Phillips Screw (A) or Phillips Screws (B).
FULLY TIGHTEN PHILLIPS SCREWS (A or B) USING PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER (not provided).

STEP 5 Carefully slide monitor(s) onto Monitor Arm (2) and fasten using Allen Wrench (F). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS USING ALLEN WRENCH (F).
STEP 6 Run cables through cable clips. Attach Cable Clip (5). Adjust monitor(s) use Allen Wrench (G). FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS. STEP 7 For single monitor use, you can remove one support from Monitor Arm (2). Remove Cover (10) from desired side. Unscrew pre-installed bolt using Allen Wrench (H) and carefully detach support. Attach monitor mount to desk.
