Product Usage Instructions

Ensure all parts listed in the Parts List are present.

Assemble the gas griddle by following the assembly instructions
provided. -
Connect the gas inlet pipe (Part 14) to the gas valve (Part
5). -
Connect the supply pipe (pilot) (Part 11) to the pilot (Part
7). -
Attach the U-shaped burner (Part 8) to the gas valve (Part
5). -
Place the griddle plate (Part 33) onto the location pin (Part
12). -
Position the front platen (Part 4) and front heat shield (Part
- in place.

Attach the right and left side panels (external and internal
housing) (Parts 16, 17, 30, 31). -
Secure the adjustable leg (Part 24) to the bottom of the
griddle. -
Attach the oil tray (Part 21) underneath the griddle
plate. -
Install the knobs (blue sticker – Part 25, black sticker – Part
- onto the gas valve (Part 5).
