Product Usage Instructions
To use the Gas Cheesemelter, please follow these steps:

Ensure that the cheesemelter is placed on a stable and
heat-resistant surface. -
Connect the gas supply to the gas safety valve using the
provided connectors. -
Make sure all the components, such as the infrared burners and
thermocouples, are properly installed and in good condition. -
Preheat the cheesemelter by turning the control knob to the
desired temperature setting. -
Place the food item with the desired cheese topping on the
broiler rack, ensuring it is evenly spread. -
Insert the broiler rack into the inner chamber of the
cheesemelter. -
Close the front panel plate and secure it using the bakelite
handle. -
Turn on the gas supply by flipping the ignition switch.

Adjust the control knob to set the desired cooking time.

Monitor the melting progress through the front panel
plate. -
Once the cheese is melted and browned to your preference, turn
off the gas supply and remove the food item using caution. -
Allow the cheesemelter to cool down before cleaning and
storing.
