Product Usage Instructions

To use the Gas Cheesemelter, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the cheesemelter is placed on a stable and
    heat-resistant surface.

  2. Connect the gas supply to the gas safety valve using the
    provided connectors.

  3. Make sure all the components, such as the infrared burners and
    thermocouples, are properly installed and in good condition.

  4. Preheat the cheesemelter by turning the control knob to the
    desired temperature setting.

  5. Place the food item with the desired cheese topping on the
    broiler rack, ensuring it is evenly spread.

  6. Insert the broiler rack into the inner chamber of the
    cheesemelter.

  7. Close the front panel plate and secure it using the bakelite
    handle.

  8. Turn on the gas supply by flipping the ignition switch.

  9. Adjust the control knob to set the desired cooking time.

  10. Monitor the melting progress through the front panel
    plate.

  11. Once the cheese is melted and browned to your preference, turn
    off the gas supply and remove the food item using caution.

  12. Allow the cheesemelter to cool down before cleaning and
    storing.
