Product Information

The Welding Trolley Manual 05719 is a versatile piece of equipment designed to accommodate a welder, accessories, and a gas cylinder.

Warnings

  1. Always use the trolley on a level surface to prevent dangerous falls of compressed gas cylinders.
  2. Never position the trolley on an inclined surface to avoid tipping over and causing damage or injury.
  3. Before using, ensure all fasteners are tight and the cart is assembled according to the provided instructions.
  4. Keep the instructions safe for future reference.
  5. Always move the trolley using the trolley handle. Never pull the trolley by the welder, welding torch, or leads as it may cause tipping.
  6. Do not remove parts from the trolley while it is being moved.
  7. Always securely chain the compressed gas cylinder using the chains provided.
  8. Never weld on the compressed gas cylinder or the cart.
  9. Failure to follow these warnings may result in property damage, personal injury, or even fatality.

Product Usage Instructions

Assembly

Contents:

  • 1 x Trolley Frame
  • 1 x Wheel Axle
  • 2 x Split Pin
  • 1 x Strap c/w Clips
  • 2 x Wheels
  • 4 x Wheel Washers
  • 2 x Bottle Chain

Fitting the wheels:

  • Lay the trolley frame down with the handle pointing up. Fit the axle through the chassis. Refer to Figs 1 & 2.

  • Fit washers, wheels, and split pins. Refer to Figs 3, 4, 5 & 6.
  • Fig.3:

  • Fig.6:
  • Repeat the above steps for the other side of the axle.

Fitting the retaining strap:

  • Follow the steps illustrated in Figs 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13.

  • Fitting the chain:

  • Fit the chain as shown in Figs 14 & 15. Adjust it to suit your bottle size.

Warning

  • Adjust to suit your bottle size.
  • Please dispose of the packaging for the product in a responsible manner. It is suitable for recycling. Help to protect the environment, take the packaging to the local amenity tip and place it into the appropriate recycling bin.
  • Never dispose of electrical equipment or batteries in your domestic waste. If your supplier offers a disposal facility please use it or alternatively use a recognised recycling agent. This will allow the recycling of raw materials and help protect the environment.
