The warranty is valid when accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
Proof of purchase must be presented to EXIT Toys customer service or an authorized dealer for warranty claims.
All costs associated with non-justifiable warranty claims are the responsibility of the owner.
EXIT Toys products are designed for domestic and outdoor use only. Rental or placement in public areas such as schools, day-care centers, or sporting facilities voids the warranty and any other liabilities.

Safe use
To simplify the assembly, please read the following instructions before beginning. Keep this manual for future reference.

Read all instructions and complete all assembly before using.
Make sure that the product is properly assembled and used as intended to make sure it provides many hours of playing enjoyment.
Adult assembly required.
This product is for outdoor use only.
This product is for domestic only.
Warning! Choking hazard, small parts. Not for children under 3 years old.
This product should, at all times, be used by the child under direct supervision of an adult.
In case the product is provided with anchoring, ensure that this product is secured at all times by means of the appropriate anchoring system for its intended use and when not in use (storage). Unsecured product can fall over causing serious injury or death
The product can only be anchored and used on soft surfaces.
To reduce risk of entanglement, keep small children away from net area at all times.
The metal frame of the product will conduct electricity. Lights, extension cords, and all
such electrical equipment must never be allowed to come in contact with the product
Inspect the product before each use. Make sure the strips and all parts are correctly and securely positioned and attached, check periodically afterwards. Tighten any loose hardware.
Replace any worn, defective, or missing parts.
Wear comfortable clothing free of hooks, snaps, drawstrings or anything which may snag or catch in the products mesh. Remove jewelry, necklaces, and earrings.
Do not affix additions/appendages to parts of the frame that could affect the essential safety.
Do not climb, hang or swing on the product as this can result in falling over causing serious injury or death.

Assembly and installation
It could be helpful to have an additional person assist in the assembly process.

Adequate overhead clearance is essential. Provide clearance for wires, tree limbs, and other possible hazards.
Lateral clearance is essential. Place the product away from walls, structures, fences, and other play areas. Maintain a clear space on all sides of the product. A minimum of 2m from frame edge is recommended.
Never set-up the product in heavy rain, wind or storm conditions, especially storms. It is recommended that the product be taken apart and stored.
Place the product on a level surface before use.
Secure the product against unauthorized and unsupervised use.

Usage and maintenance
Inspect the product before each use and replace any worn, defective, or missing parts.

The following conditions could present potential hazards:

Missing, improperly positioned, or insecurely attached parts.
Punctures, frays, tears, or holes worn in the products mesh (if applicable)
A bent or broken frame.
Sharp protrusions on the frame.
Loosened or missing hardware, system.

Warranty

After the date of the purchase invoice, the owner of the EXIT product has a:
- 2-year warranty on the breaking of the frame
- 6-month warranty on the other parts
The warranty becomes defunct if:
- This product is used incorrectly and/or carelessly and is used in such a way that it does not comply with its purpose.
- The maximum (user) weight has been exceeded (if applicable).
- This product is not assembled and maintained according to the instruction booklet.
- Technical repairs are performed without consultation with the supplier.
- Parts, which are mounted afterwards, do not comply with the technical specifications of the product concerned or are mounted incorrectly.
- Defects are a result of climatic influences such as corrosion, UV rays or normal disintegration.
The warranty only applies when proof, accompanied by original purchase invoice, is presented to the EXIT toys costumer service or an EXIT Toys dealer.
In case of material and construction defects that have been ascertained by EXIT Toys, the product or its components will be repaired or replaced – according to its choice – free of charge during the warranty period mentioned in Article 1.
If the claim for warranty is not justifiable, all the costs are at the expense of the owner.
The EXIT Toys products are designed for domestic and outdoor use. It is not permitted to rent out or place the toy in public areas like schools or day-care centers or sporting facilities. The warranty and any other liabilities shall expire if the toy is rented out or used in public areas.
