The 3112 Beer air-cooler Linus40 with drip plate is a beer-cooling device designed for use on bars or countertops. It is compatible with KEG couplings and CO2 bottles to ensure the optimal temperature and pressure for serving beer. The cooler comes with two beer pipes, a pressure gauge, and hoses for easy installation and operation.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Switch On:
  2. Place the beer cooler on the bar or countertop.
  3. Connect the two beer pipes from the beer cooler to a KEG coupling (not included).
  4. Attach the pressure gauge to a CO2 bottle using the screw thread.
  5. Connect the two hoses from the pressure gauge to the KEG coupling.
  6. Connect the KEG coupling to the kegs.
  7. Fully open the CO2 bottle (be cautious of freezing) and shut off the valve on the manometer.
  8. Connect the beer cooler to a power source.
  9. Switch Off:
  10. Disconnect the beer cooler from the power source.
  11. Close the CO2 bottle and valves on the pressure gauge.
  12. Disconnect the KEG coupling from the kegs, keeping the hoses screwed to the cooler.
  13. Unscrew the pressure gauge from the CO2 bottle, leaving the hoses attached to the gauge.

Safety instructions

  • Do not place the device in the immediate vicinity of flammable objects.
  • Place the device on a flat and horizontal surface.
  • Never cover the entire device or the ventilation openings during use.
  • Never leave the powered device turned on unattended.
  • Make sure that the mains plug and all electrical components (if not designed for this purpose) do not come into contact with water.
  • Always have electrical installations commissioned by a specialist.
  • Local regulations and standards must be observed during installation.
  • Do not use devices with a damaged power cord.
  • Never disconnect the mains connection by pulling the cable. So always grab the plug to disconnect the mains connection.
  • Some parts of the device may become hot during use.
  • Only transport the device when it is switched off.

Switch on

  1. Place the beer cooler on the bar and connect the two beer pipes from the beer cooler to a KEG coupling (not included).
  2. Connect the pressure gauge to a CO2 bottle using the screw thread and connect the two hoses to the KEG coupling.
  3. Connect the KEG coupling to the kegs.
  4. Open the CO2 bottle (fully open; risk of freezing) and shut off the valve on the manometer.
  5. Connect the beer cooler to the power source.

Switch off

  1. Disconnect the device from the power source.
  2. Close the CO2 bottle and the valves on the pressure gauge.
  3. Disconnect the KEG coupling from the kegs and also the hoses to the manometer and the cooler (keep them screwed to the cooler).
  4. Unscrew the pressure gauge from the CO2 bottle (the two hoses remain screwed to the pressure gauge here).
