Product Usage Instructions

  1. Open the packaging and take out the Smart K7S Kids Electric Toothbrush.
  2. Before first use, fully charge the toothbrush using the provided charger.
  3. Once charged, dampen the toothbrush bristles with water.
  4. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the bristles.
  5. Press the power button on the toothbrush handle to turn it on.
  6. Gently place the toothbrush bristles against your child’s teeth and gums.
  7. Guide the toothbrush in a circular motion for approximately two minutes, ensuring all surfaces of the teeth are cleaned.
  8. After use, rinse the toothbrush head thoroughly and let it air dry.
  9. Store the toothbrush in a clean and dry area.
  10. For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the toothbrush head every three months or sooner if bristles become frayed.

Operations

Using the toothbrush

  • Slide the toothbrush head down to the handle and make sure it is locked in the correct position.
  • This product can be used by connecting the application. Scan the QR code below to download and install the application. And add the devices to the phone according to the hints.Bitvae-Smart-K7S-Kids-Electric-Toothbrush-fig- \(2\)
  • Turn on the toothbrush by pressing the “Power” button.
  • The Bluetooth indicator will light up in White if the device and toothbrush is in connection, please press the “Power” button for 3 seconds to connect to the application that download in phone.
  • Shift between the 3 modes (“Mild, Soft and Gum”) by continuously pressing the “‘Power” button.
  • Wet the bristles and apply an appropriate amount of toothpaste onto the brush.
  • Place the bristles with toothpaste against the teeth at a slight angle towards the gum line.
  • Gently move the brush head across the teeth on the front, back, and all chewing surfaces. The brush should be allowed to glide across the teeth with minimal pressure. Do not apply too much pressure to the teeth/ gums, or apply the bristles to one area of the mouth for an extended period of time.
  • If the pressure is too hard against users’ teeth, the pressure indicator light will turn on in Red to remind the users not to force the toothbrush against the teeth too hard. Otherwise, their teeth and gums will be hurt
  • The brush has a 2 minute smart timer as this is recommended by dentists as the optimai time for brushing the teeth and there is interval pausing after every 30 seconds as a reminder to move to another quadrant of the mouth.
  • To avoid splashing toothpaste, only turn on the toothbrush after you have placed it against your teeth and only remove it from the mouth after it is turned off.
  • The APP guides children to brush their teeth through the audio and real­time cartoon characters. to stimulate children’s interest and awareness of brushing to protect gum health.

Changing the toothbrush head

  • Install: Align the bottom of the brush head with the driveshaft, push it in firmly until the handle is locked in the position.
  • Detach: Firmly hold the handle then, pull the toothbrush head out away from the handle.

Charging the toothbrush

  • If the toothbrush is in low battery condition when turning it on for the first time, please ensure it is fully charged before usage.
  • If the toothbrush is not in use for more than 3 months, please fully charge it according to the charging instructions before using It.
  • If the charging indicator light flashes in red quickly during the operation process, it indicates the toothbrush is in a low battery condition, please charge the toothbrush as soon as possible.
  • When you are going to charge your toothbrush, please insert the USB cable into the charging port in the bottom of the toothbrush and ensure the brush is connected to the electric power safely.
  • The charging indicator stays on in red during the charging process. When the battery is fully charged, the charging indicator stays on in white for 2 minutes, after that, It will turn off automatically. After the toothbrush is fully charged, it is possible to use it in the “Mild” mode for two minutes per session, twice a day for 60 days.
  • There is a waterproof function built into the toothbrush, so it can be used in the bathroom safely.

Modes Introduction

  • The first mode: MIid
    In this mode, the white indicator light turns on in the “Mild” mode position, the brush swing is mild and the vibration intensity is the softest of the three modes, which is suitable for kids over 6 years old with sensitive teeth or use electric toothbrush for the first time.

  • The second mode: Soft
    In this mode, the white indicator light turns on in the “Soft” mode position, the swing of the brush is larger and the vibration intensity is the strongest It is suitable for kids who are 9 to 12 years old and used to electric toothbrushes, to gain the strongest cleaning effect and maintain healthy oral hygiene.

  • The third mode: Gum
    In this mode, the white indicator light turns on in the “Gum” mode position, the bristle swing and the vibration intensity changes alternatively between the “Mild” and the “Soft” modes. This is for gentle stimulation, designed to improve blood circulation in gums and keep gums firm and healthy.

Precautions

  • For the first usage, it is recommended to start the toothbrush at the “‘Mild” mode position. If users experience gum discomfort or gum bleeding for more than 2 weeks, stop using the product at once and consult your dentist for help.
  • Do not put the toothbrush into a fire or charge it in a high-temperature place.
  • Do not place the product in a humid environment or other liquids for a long time to avoid functional defects of the product.
  • Do not disassemble, repair, or alter the product or apply other accessories or power supplies without authorization.
  • Please avoid the product from falling or strong impact.
  • This product is only for oral cleaning, do not use it for other purposes.
  • This product is only designed for personal oral care, not suitable for multi-users.
  • Do not use this product while it is being charged for safety purposes.
  • Please ensure the charging port or the power adapter are dry enough before charging the toothbrush or connecting it to the power supply.
  • Check whether the power cord is damaged regularly. If the cord is damaged or the toothbrush is failed to operate, please stop using it
  • In case of battery leakage, please stop using the product immediately to avoid accidental contact with the skin.
  • Do not place the product in the mouth or brush your teeth in a supine position. Otherwise, it may easily lead to accidental swallowing.
  • This product should not be played with or disassembled by children.
  • This product is not suitable for children under 3 years old. Children between 3 and 8 years old need parental or adult supervision and guidance when brushing their teeth.
  • Kids who have severe periodontal disease or oral surgery should consult a doctor before use.
  • Users who have problems with pacemakers or other implanted devices should consult a medical professional before using this product.

Environmental Protection

There is a rechargeable lithium battery built in the product. When the toothbrush is being scrapped, please do not mix it with general household garbage. It should be sent to the battery recycling center for disposal in accordance with local disposal management regulations.
