  1. When using this product for the first time, it is recommended to use sensitive mode. If you experience discomfort or bleeding gums for more than 2 weeks, please stop using this product and consult your dentist.
  2. When starting the toothbrush for the first time. In case of low power or no power, please charge the toothbrush fully before using it.
  3. Do not put the product in fire. Do not charge, use or place it in high temperature environment.
  4.  Do not place the product in damp environment or other liquid for a long time to avoid function failure.
  5. Do not repair, alter the product or use other accessories or power supplies by yourself.
  6.  Please do not drop or give strong impact on this product.
  7.  This product is for oral cleaning only, do not use for other purposes.
  8. To ensure safety, do not use this product while charging.
  9. Please use a 5V adapter for charging.
  10.  Before charging and connecting to the power supply, ensure that the charging interface and power adapter are completely dry.
  11. Periodically check whether the power cord is damaged. If the product is damaged or faulty, please stop use it.
  12. In case of battery leakage, please stop using immediately to avoid accidental contact with skin.
  13.  Do not place the product in the mouth or brush your teeth in supine position, otherwise it may lead to accidental swallowing.
  14.  Children cannot play with this product or disassemble it.
  15. Keep this product away from children and infants.
  16. This product contains small parts such as “brush head protection cover”, which should be keep away from children. When using this product or replacing the brush head, please discard the brush head protection cover firstly.
  17.  This product is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Children between 3 and 8 years old need parental or adult supervision guidance when brushing their teeth.
  18.  If you have serious dental problems or are undergoing oral treatment, consult your dentist before using this product.
  19. If you have questions about pacemakers or other implanted devices, consult a professional doctor before using this product.

  2. Five Mode

    •   Clean: Suitable for normal oral environment, maintain healthy oral hygiene.

    •   White: Frequency conversion alternately vibrates, cleans and promotes blood circulation of the gums, effectively polishes and whitens the teeth.

    • Tongue: When working 20 seconds, it can effectively remove the bacteria on the tongue coating and improve the health of the tongue coating.

    • Smart: The user can customize the brushing method, strength and time in the APP.

  3. Three Forces
    The body strength adjustment can be applied by 5 gear modes

    • Strength of smart rely on APP control.
  4. Smart Pressure Sensing
    When the brushing force is too strong, the pressure on the brush head is too heavy, and the pressure light switch is triggered, the pressure sensing light on the back of the handle is always on red, and the brush head vibrates rapidly, reminding you to reduce the brushing intensity and reduce the damage to the gums.

  5. Gradual increase in vibration
    In order to prevent toothpaste from splashing, the vibration frequency gradually increases when each gear is activated.

  6. Memory function Mode
    Each time you use it for 5 seconds or more, the electric toothbrush will remember the brushing mode currently used; when you use it next time, press the power button to automatically turn on the mode and intensity of the last use.

  7. Scientific timing reminder
    Non-custom mode 1-3 gears: brush your teeth for 30 seconds, the body will pause for a while to remind you to change the brushing area; after 2 minutes, the toothbrush will automatically stop; 4 gears clean the tongue coating for 20 seconds, the toothbrush will automatically stop. Custom mode 5 gears: The maximum brushing time can reach 240S according to the setting.

  8. Low battery function reminder
    When the power is lesser than 10%, pressing the power button shortly, the product can work, the three red lights flash for 5 seconds. When the power is lesser than 5%, pressing the power button shortly, the product cannot work, the three red lights flash for 5 seconds.

  9. Operating time
    The working time of battery is more than 180 days (sensitive mode, 2 times a day, 2 minutes each time)

  10. Charging time
    Type-C charging directing, Fully charged within 4 hours.

  11. Charging method
    During charging: when 1%-30%, the first white light flashes slowly; when 30%-60%, the first and the second white lights flash slowly; when 60%-99%, the three white lights flash slowly ; After fully charged, all the charging lights are keeping on for 2 minutes and then turn off.

  12. Power on
    Charge in the off state or press the power button shortly, the mode light will turn from bottom to top, and the power on state will be turned on.

  13. Power off
    Press the power button for 10 seconds, the mode light will run from top to bottom once, and the power off state will be turned on.

  14. Button mode exchange
    When power on, shortly press the button mode exchange within 5s; shortly press the stop button within 5-15s; after 15s shortly press can enter into the hold on state. When the hold on state counts down for 30s, the gear light is in a breathing state, and starts again within 30s, the gear light is keeping on, continue to brush your teeth, if it does not start, the brushing will end; when switching from the last gear to the first gear, the product stops working.

  15. Overvoltage protection
    If the input voltage is too large, the product will turn on the self- protection state, and the charging process will automatically stop.

  16. Bluetooth connection
    Non-working state: After the bluetooth connection, when the bluetooth light flashes, press the power button for 3S to enter into the binding pairing mode, and the device can be matched.

  17. Bluetooth real-time function

    • Strength adjustment: The toothbrush host 1-5 mode can adjust the overall strength in the APP, and the adjustment range is strength 1-9.

    • Brushing time:
      1~3 gears, fixed for 120 seconds, finish automatically.
      4 gear, 20 seconds, finish automatically.
      5 gear, according to the time set by the user, it will finish automatically.

    • Interface reminder: In the APP brushing interface, the current mode and the current host strength are displayed, and they switch when the host switch.

    • Real-time brushing, animation guidance: When brushing teeth, the toothbrush recognizes the user’s brushing position, judges whether the current guidance position is correct, and accumulates the effective brushing time in the area; when an abnormal position is identified, the effective brushing time is not accumulated (reminder the posture is incorrect)

    • Important care reminder: the sensitive area of the gums will automatically reduce the intensity (to the minimum intensity of 1); the APP will remind you when there is plaque in the area.

    • Overpressure reminder: When brushing your teeth, the brush head feels excessive pressure, then the APP pops up an overpressure reminder.

    • Data synchronization: After brushing, synchronize data with APP (score, brushing time, overvoltage, etc.)

    • Stop brushing: shortly press for 5-15S to stop; after 15s shortly press the pause, restart within 30s to continue brushing.

  18. Data Storage
    Record the recently 180 sets of brushing data (data lesser than 15 seconds of brushing time will not be recorded). If the data exceeds, the old data will be automatically replaced, and the data will be automatically synchronized after the Bluetooth connection with the APP, and the data will be synchronized through the pairing code.

  19. Data reporting
    After the host stops working, it will start again within 30S as the same brushing report; if it exceeds 30S, it will start again as the next report.

  20. Abnormal feedback
    When there is an abnormality, the force display/charging display light group will light up in red.

Instructions for use

  1. Battery charging
    • During use, if the power/charge indicator lights flash red for 5 seconds, it reminds you to charge in time
    • Please insert the charging cable into the charging port. After the power is safely connected to the power supply, the charging white light flashes slowly to indicate that it is charging.
    • After fully charged, the charging lights are all on for 2 minutes and then turn off.
  2. Steps of brushing teeth
  • Fix the brush head to the handle.
  • Wet the bristles and squeeze an appropriate amount of toothpaste.
  • The toothbrush is tilted 45° and placed at the junction of the teeth and the gums.
  •  Select the appropriate mode to start the toothbrush and move slowly.
  • Change the brushing area every 30 seconds and automatically shut down after 2 minutes.
  • After using, rinse the toothbrush with clean water and wipe it clean.

Common Problems
Why is there a record of zero brushing time in the report?
Because the brushing time is the accumulated effective brushing time, when the correct brushing posture is not detected in the process of brushing, the record of brushing time is 0.
If the device cannot start, it may be caused by the following conditions

  1. The power supply is too low, and the power supply light will flicker when the power is low. It can be started after deep charging
  2. The device is in charge
  3. There is a foreign body stuck at the switch

How to update the firmware program of the toothbrush equipment?
Connect the toothbrush device, enter “Settings” – “Firmware Upgrade” on the home page, and upgrade can be done according to the prompts
Can’t access the real-time brushing interface while brushing?
Please start the APP cold 2. In standby state, long press the toothbrush on key for 10s until the running light comes down once, and then press the switch again to wake up

Why can’t I find the device?
Please make sure your Bluetooth settings are on and that your electric toothbrush is powered and connected!
Can you bind multiple toothbrush devices?
The APP can bind multiple toothbrush devices, and the data of different toothbrush devices can be saved separately, and the device management department can switch or add devices
How do I add a new device?

  1. When the toothbrush is not bound, the APP will prompt you to bind or click the drop-down button to pop up device management. “Add” can be used for device scanning
  2. After energizing the device, keep it close to the phone. Under normal circumstances, the new device will be displayed in the device scan list
  3. Click the  scanned device to bind according to the prompts

Can’t find toothbrush equipment?

  1.  Low battery on your toothbrush
  2.  The toothbrush is far away from the phone
  3.  The toothbrush has been connected to another phone
  4. The toothbrush enters dormant state and needs to be lifted to wake up
  5. The device enters deep sleep state. You need to tap the power button to turn it on
  6.  Bluetooth is not turned on Note: If none of the above conditions occurs, please try the following operation Please turn off the Bluetooth and APP on the mobile phone, restart the Bluetooth and APP, and try to search  the device again. If still cannot search, please long press the device switch for 10 seconds, then press the switch  to wake up, and then use APP to search the device

Battery Power

Power description

  1. When the power of toothbrush is less than 10%, app will remind you of low power. In order not to affect normal use, please charge it in time
  2. When the power of toothbrush is less than 5%, it will enter the low power protection mode. The toothbrush cannot work. Please use it after charging
  3. When the toothbrush is normally charged, it will not be used for safety consideration. Please unplug the power supply when the charging power meets the usage value

If the device cannot be charged, the following circumstances may cause

  1. The equipment is in full power state
  2. The required adapter is not used
  3.  There is a foreign body at the charging interface

Service support

  1. Since the date of purchase, if the fault is caused by non-human factors, you can repair the machine for free within 1 year .
  2. During the warranty period, if the product cannot work due to the design, we will replace parts or the whole product for free.
