Note : When using the headset for the first time, tear off the clear insulating sticker attached to the left and right headphones charging contact points before putting the headset back in the case. Take it out again and it will turn on automatically.

  • ① For the first time use, please remove either ear from the charging case.
  • ② Open Bluetooth and search for Bluetooth.
  • ③ Search for the name of the Bluetooth device “YYK-Q63” to connect.

Place the other one in the case as it is. Or turn off the power. Otherwise, it will not be in one ear mode. Please note.

Binaural mode

  • Automatic: Remove from charging case and it will automatically turn on and connect to bluetooth device.
  • Manual: Press and hold the left and right earphone buttons for 3 seconds to power on and connect to bluetooth device.
  • Select “YYK-Q63A” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. Enter pairing. A voice will present the word “Continue,” and the indicator light will alternating red/blue flashes and then goes out, indicating success to continue.

As soon as the earphones are placed in the charging case, they turn off. It will then begin charging. Once the earbuds are removed from the case, they will immediately turn on and automatically pair and connect to a paired Bluetooth device.

Why can’t I search for Bluetooth?

  1. The distance of Bluetooth is 10m, please make sure there are no obstacles. Besides, the phone needs to be close to the headphones.
  2. If any other phone or device has been connected to the headphones, please unpair it first.
  3. Please restart the Bluetooth device and try to reset the headphones.

FAQ

Why is there no sound from the headset? Or why is the concert disconnected?
Please check the phone network is normally work, the network speed is not slow, and the music is being loaded.
Please check whether your phone is connected to two audio devices at the same time. Press and hold the multifunction key twice to exit the connection. The distance of Bluetooth is 10m, please make sure there are no obstacles. Besides, the phone needs to be close to the headphones. If the surrounding envir onment is interfered or the magnetic field is too strong, Bluetooth signal transmission will be affected. Open the interface of the phone’s Bluetooth, click on contact pairing, delete the pairing record, search for Bluetooth, and pair again. You can restart the phone or reset the headphones.

Charging problems

Reset the headset firstly, restart the phone, delete the connection history, search and then pair again. If it still doesn’t work, follow these steps:

  1. Turn off the Bluetooth function of your phone. Before turning off, please cancel all previously connected Cancel all the previously connected device names “YYK-Q63”.
  2. Remove the left and right earphones from the case and manually press and hold the button for 5 seconds to power off.
  3. With the device shut down, manually press and hold the multifunction button on the left and right headphones for 10 seconds.
  4. When you hear the prompt tones “Power on” and “Power off” and see the red and blue lights flash twice, put your left and right ears back into the charging case and check whether the charging mode is enabled.
  5. Remove the left and right earphones from the charging case at the same time and connect them to your phone.

Why does the headset turn off automatically?
Make sure that the headset has enough power. In addition, when you do not use the headphones for 10 minutes, the headphones will automatically disconnect from the Bluetooth connection.

Why can’t charge the charging case?

  1. Make sure that the charging case or phone charger is in good condition and connected properly.
  2. Poor contact is possible. Use your fingers to press the left and right headphones, and fully connect the charging case of the left and right headphones to the charging case.
  3. The charging case of the left and right headphones may be dirty, dusty or sweaty. When putting back the charging case for charging, please wipe with alcohol or cloth.
  4. Please wipe off the sweat and put it back in the charging case for charging, the indicator light will lights up.
  5. If you hear “Battery Low”, please charge the headset. When the LED display number of the charging case reaches “10”, please charge the charging case. Be careful not to exhaust the power in the headphones and charging case, because that may shorten the life of the built-in lithium battery.

  1. If this product fails within 6 months from the date of purchase in spite of proper use in accordance with the instruction manual, connection examples, and notes, etc., for home use, we will replace it free of charge.
  2. If the product fails within 6 months from the date of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.
  3. This product is subject to carry-in repair. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges when sending the product to us.
