Charging your Smart Watch

1. Before using your Smartwatch for the first time, make sure it is fully charged.
2. The Smartwatch will take approximately 2 hours to fully charge. Once a power charger is plugged in, the Smartwatch will charge automatically.
3. Make sure the charging pings on the charging cable fit correctly onto the charging pins on the back of your Smartwatch, then plug the other end of the user cable into a power source.

Install the “Forever Smart” app on the phone

1. Search and install the “Forever Smart” app from Google Play or App Store. Or scan the following QR code to directly install the app.

Connect the smartwatch to the phone

1. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Open the “Forever Smart” app on your smartphone, and then fill in all the requested information in the “Settings” menu.
3. Tap “Connect device” in the “Settings” menu.
4. Select the smart watch icon to connect.
5. Choose your device name to connect it to your phone.

Unbind the smartwatch with the mobile phone

1. Open the “Forever Smart” app on your smart phone.
2. Tap “Disconnect device” in the “Settings” menu and confirm “OK”.
3. To disconnect your smartwatch with an iPhone, click “Disconnect device” in the “Settings” menu of the “Forever Smart” app, go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone, then access and select the “Forget This Device” option.

Operation Introduction

• You can raise your hand or press the function button to turn on the screen.
• Press and hold the watch face interface, then slide left or right to change the watch face.
• Press and hold the function button to turn on the smartwatch when powered off.

How to use

• Hold the side button for 3 seconds to turn on the Smartwatch. Swipe up/down or left/right to see more options.

Main Menu

• After the smartwatch is turned on, the watch’s face is displayed. Press and hold for 5 seconds to choose a different watch face you like. (The first five dials are built-in dials, and the last five are mass push dials)

Shortcuts

• Screen brightness, you can tap the brightness icon to adjust(+/-) the screen brightness.

• 1.9 Multi-sport mode: Click the icon to enter the multi-sport mode. If you want to end the exercise, please swipe from left to right on the screen, and then tap the icon to end the exercise and save the exercise data (200 steps in more than two minutes).
• A reminder will pop up if your sports data is achieved in the goal I set.
• Sports record: record up to 8 recent sports history data
• Sleep monitor, monitor your sleep between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. automatically.
• Weather: the smartwatch will display the weather when the connection with the app is established.
• Camera shutter: take pictures remotely from your smartwatch.
• Sedentary reminder: set the time intervals (minutes) from the app, start time and end time.
• You can turn on or off sedentary reminder. Slide from left to right on the screen to exit.

Alarm Clock Settings

• Music control: Click the music icon to enter the music playback control interface. You can select the previous/next song, as well as play/pause music, and increase or decrease the volume. To exit the music playback controls, swipe left to right on the screen.
• Countdown: Set the target time will count down, and the target time will remind you, Press to start timing, press to pause , press to reset
• Breathing: Breathing training is available, and the breathing training cycle ends after one minute
• Stopwatch: Press to start timing press to pause, press to reset

Setting:

• Find phone, Find your smartphone

• To switch the watch face, swipe from right to left to select the corresponding watch face

• Language switching, you can select the corresponding regional language switching, and the corresponding language of the watch can also be switched on the app
