How do I lease Dyson technology?
We’ve partnered with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions – a financing provider – to offer leasing for business. Leasing is a simple, affordable and flexible alternative to buying. It’s where you pay a monthly amount to use our technology. Your leasing agreement will be with BNP Paribas.
Can I buy my Dyson machines at the end of my lease?
Do I automatically own my Dyson machines at the end of my lease?
No. Leasing is the equivalent of renting – you use the machines during your contract and return them at the end.
Will Dyson install, service and maintain my machines?
Yes, we can install, service and maintain your machines, subject to a separate quote.
Can any kind of business lease Dyson technology?
Yes. A wide range of businesses – from SMEs to large internationals – can lease Dyson technology through our financial partner BNP Paribas. Leasing is a cost-effective solution, especially if you don’t have the capital available to buy our technology but would like to benefit from its use. To help you find the right technology for your industry, we’ve grouped our most-recommended machines into five categories – hospitality, high footfall, education, offices, and health and care.
Can I lease any Dyson machine?
Yes. You can build the right portfolio for your business by mixing and matching across all five Dyson categories – hand dryers, purifiers, vacuums, hair care and lighting. We’ll help you choose the right selection of machines for your business and budget.
Are there any additional services alongside Dyson leasing?
Can I add or change Dyson machines during my lease?
Yes, subject to the terms outlined in your leasing agreement with BNP Paribas. However, if you add or change machines, you’ll alter your monthly payment amounts.
What will my financial leasing contract look like?
What happens at the end of my lease?
You have the option to keep your machines by extending your current contract and agreeing new terms and conditions. If your current contract includes an extension, you won’t need to agree any new terms.
How do I know if my business is eligible?
How long will the process take?
The process is simple. You’ll get your personalized quote within 48 hours.

- Dry time and energy consumption calculated for Max mode. Dry time was determined using Dyson test method 769 based on NSF P335 to a measurement of 0.1 g residual moisture.
- HEPA filter tested to EN1822-5, by an independent testing laboratory, under prescribed test conditions.
- Average electricity price £0.1/kWh as of October 2021. For calculations visit www.dyson.co.uk/calcs.
- In maximum setting. Tested for air projection (DTM 801), purification coverage in an 81m³ room (TM-003711) and heating performance in a 35m³ room (DTM 961).
- Whole machine tested by independent third-party laboratory Aimed (Ireland) in 28.5m3 test chamber pre-conditioned to 20±3C and RH 50±5%. Influenza A (H1N1) aerosolized in the test chamber and airborne concentration observed for the duration of 60 minutes under maximum Fan speed. Dyson Purifier achieved [99%] efficacy but real life efficacy may differ depending on actual environment and Fan speed. Tested on Influenza A (H1N1) only.
- Third party full machine testing based on GB/T 18801-2015 formaldehyde cumulative clean mass testing with continuous injection until plateau of formaldehyde CADR is achieved. Results may vary in practice
- Suction tested to EN IEC62885-4 CL5.8 and CL5.9, tested at the flexible inlet, loaded to bin full, in Boost mode against the cord-free stick market. (Sales data from Apr 2020 to Mar 2021).
- Filtration tested against EN IEC62885-4 CL5.11 in Boost mode.
- Suction tested to EN 60312-1 CL 5.8 & CL5.9 at the hose/wand, loaded to bin full, in Boost mode.
- LED-life calculation is based on L70 measurement according to IEC 62717, with an estimation of 8 hours’ usage per day. Real-life results may vary.
- Educational institutions can only finance via an operating lease, which contains a residual value (RV), typically higher than 10% at the end of five years. Finance options are currently unavailable for Academies Trust and LEA Schools.
- Applies in Eco mode with non-motorized tool. Actual run time will vary based on power mode, floor type and/or attachments used.
