Product Usage Instructions

To use the product, follow these instructions:

  1. Fill in the necessary details in the “SET-UP SHEET” section, including the race name, date, qualifying position, final position, best lap time, laps completed, and time taken.
  2. Adjust the shock setup by adding or removing shims under the shock. The upper shim should be set to 0mm and the lower shim should be set to 2mm. Choose whether to use an aero disk and set the bump steer shim accordingly.
  3. Select the appropriate track condition and track traction level from the options provided.
  4. Choose between a gear differential oil or a solid axle or a one-way differential or a solid one-way differential. Adjust the gear ratio for the first and second gears as per your preference.
  5. Set the number of holes on the shocks, choose the appropriate spring and oil for the shocks, and set the rebound accordingly. Select the foam inserts and piston sizes as per your preference.
  6. Adjust the wire diameter for the left and right sides of the car and set the left/right balance accordingly.
  7. Choose the appropriate tires based on the manufacturer, shore rating, and diameter. Set the minimum wear limit for the tires.
  8. Configure the engine by adjusting the carburetor diameter, muffler, fuel, head clearance, plug, manifold, clutch type, clutch bell, clutch shoe, clutch spring, clutch flyweight clearance, spring preload, brake pad, and brake disc.
  9. Set the ride height and wheel diameter for the car. Adjust the wheelbase and shim accordingly.
  10. Configure the chassis by adjusting the ride height, offset, and hardness. Set the upper arm, upright, upper shock position, nut offset, front arms, rear arms, roll center position, camber link location, downstop measurement, toe-out measurement, shims behind arm, Ackermann position, flex setting, brace type, toe-in measurement, and roll center.
  11. Adjust the engine mount type and split/monoblock brass. Set the roll center for the RF and RR positions. Configure the eccentric bushings.
  12. Set the rear camber and track width. Balance the car by adding or removing weight using brass or graphite batteries holder or composite material.
  13. Adjust the wing height and position. Install wing side plates if desired. Balance the car using brass or graphite or composite materials.
  14. Add any additional comments or notes in the “COMMENTS” section.
