Product Usage Instructions
To use the product, follow these instructions:
- Set up the race track by providing the necessary information such as the track name, qualification position, final position, and date.
- Record the best lap time, number of laps, and time taken in seconds.
- Adjust the upper and lower shock positions using the specified millimeter shims.
- Select whether to use an aero disk and a bump steer shim (Yes/No).
- Choose the appropriate pinion spur based on your requirements.
- Consider the track condition and traction level when setting up your vehicle (Smooth, Technical Low, Medium Mixed Medium, Bumpy Fast High).
- Determine the differential type (Gear Diff. Oil, Solid Axle, One Way Differential, Solid One Way Diff.) and select the appropriate options.
- Select the desired gearing ratios for the first and second gears.
- Configure the shocks by adjusting the spring, oil viscosity (cSt), and rebound (Yes/No).
- Select the number of holes in the foam inserts and the size of the pistons.
- Adjust the wire length on the left and right sides of the vehicle.
- Choose suitable tires based on the manufacturer, shore/degr., diameter, and minimum wear.
- Set up the engine by considering the carburetor diameter, muffler, fuel type, head clearance, plug, and manifold.
- Configure the clutch system by selecting the clutch bell, clutch shoe, clutch spring, clearance, preload, brake pad, and brake disc.
- Select the appropriate body type and set screws for the clutch/brake mechanism.
- Adjust the wheelbase, ride height, wheel diameter, and shim size.
- Consider the offset value (+0.75, 0.00, -0.75) and hardness level (Medium, Hard).
- Set up the upper arm position using soft, medium, or hard options along with graphite material.
- Measure and adjust the shim under the steering block and rear upright.
- Configure the upper shock position using the specified numbers.
- Select the appropriate front and rear arms hardness options along with graphite material.
- Adjust the roll center position and camber link location using the provided measurements.
- Set up the upper arm position and consider shims behind the arm.
- Adjust the Ackermann position and front camber extension using alu and graphite materials.
- Select the flex setting and determine the need for a graphite brace.
- Configure the roll center, flex screw (Yes/No), engine mount type, and eccentric bushings.
- Adjust the camber for both left and right sides as well as the rear camber.
- Set the track width and balance the vehicle using the wing, wing height, wing position, and wing side plates.
- Make any additional comments or notes regarding the setup.
- Choose the appropriate batteries holder material (Brass, Graphite, Composite) and balance the vehicle.
