User Manual

To avoid possible hearing damage, limit the time listening at high volumes.

SPECIFICATIONS

The W401 True Wireless Ear Buds wirelessly connect to your Smartphone. You can connect one single ear bud, or together as a pair.

PAIRING

Pairing One Ear Bud

• Remove one Ear Bud from the charging case.
• The single ear bud will power on automatically. A LED light will flash red & blue alternately.
• On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and select ‘W401’.
• A notification will confirm that your Smartphone is connected to the Ear Bud.

Pairing Two Ear Buds

• Take out both Ear Buds from the charging case. They will power on and pair to each other automatically.
• When the LED light in one Ear Bud turns off, and the LED light of the other Ear Bud is still flashing, this means both Ear Buds are paired to each other.
• On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and select ‘W401’. Your device will connect to the paired Ear Buds.

USING THE EAR BUDS

MAKING PHONE CALLS

• To answer an incoming call, press the Multi-Function button ONCE.
• When you have finished your call, press the Multi-Function button once.
• To reject an incoming call, long press the Multi-Function button.

MUSIC CONTROL

• When listening to music, tap either Multi-Function button once to pause the music playback.
• To resume music playback, tap either Multi-Function button once.
• To increase the playback volume, tap the Multi-Function button on the RIGHT ear bud three times.
• To decrease the playback volume, tap the Multi-Function button on the LEFT ear bud three times.
• To go to the next track, tap the Multi-Function button on the RIGHT ear bud two times.
• To go back a track, tap the Multi-Function button on the LEFT ear bud two times.

CHARGING

• When the Ear Bud’s battery is low, a notification sound will play to alert the low battery status. A flashing red LED will also notify the low battery level.
• To charge, place the Ear Buds inside the Charging Case.
• The LED Indicator will advise the charging process.
• To charge the Charging Case, connect the Micro USB charging cable to the port on the back of the Charging Case.

VOICE ASSISTANT FUNCTION:

• Long press the Multi-Function button to activate the Smartphone’s voice assistant.
• A notification will confirm that the voice assistant is active and awaiting your commands.
• You can use the Ear Bud’s built in microphone to issue the voice commands directly to your Smartphone.

WARNING

1. Keep Ear Buds and Charging Case from liquids and high temperatures.
2. Keep Ear Buds away from other frequency transmitting devices to prevent interruption of music playback.
3. For optimum playback experience, keep working range between the Ear Buds and your device to under 10 Metres. Also, avoid any obstacles between the Ear Buds and your device.
