The CKPUMPKIT is a water pump assembly designed for use with the Kitchenette

drainage pipe, a 1/2 inch x 520 inch white Teflon tape, a mounting template,
stainless steel screws, nylon lock nuts, and fender washers.
Product Usage Instructions
- Open the cabinet of your combo kitchen and move the wire shelf to the floor of the cabinet to keep cords and wires dry.
- Set the gasket on top of the pre-drilled holes of the combo kitchen to install the faucet.
- Insert the water faucet through the gasket and secure it with the provided nuts underneath the sink.
- Secure the pump to the outer wall of the combo kitchen using four machine screws and nuts.
- Place the provided template on the left side of the combo kitchen in the top-right corner. Ensure that the screw heads are on the outside of the cabinet.
- If mounting is not possible, place the pump on the floor of the cabinet, ensuring that the ON/OFF switch is accessible.
- The pump has two tubes: a thinner tube that runs to the metal water cut-off valve and a thicker water pull tube that pulls water from the freshwater jug.
- To connect the pump to the valve, place the valve nut over the water line.
- Place the plastic sleeve onto the water line through the larger side.
- Insert the metal flange into the end of the water line as far as it will go.
- Wrap the threading of the valve with Teflon tape and secure the water line to the cut-off valve by tightening the nut.
- Wrap the other two threads of the cut-off valve in Teflon tape and connect the small ends of the two faucet connector lines to the cut-off valve.
- Wrap the threads of the faucet underneath the sink and attach the wider ends of the connector lines to the faucet.
- Set the freshwater jug in the rear right-hand corner and insert the water pull into the jug. Be cautious of potential water overflow.
- Attach the drainage pipe to the underside of the sink drain and set the end into the wastewater jug.
- Open the water cut-off valve to start using the system.

Installation Instructions
-
Open the cabinet of your combo kitchen. Move the wire shelf to the floor of the cabinet. This is to ensure nothing sits directly on the floor, keeping any cords or wires dry.
-
To install the faucet, set the gasket on top of the pre-drilled holes of the combo kitchen.
-
Insert the water faucet through the gasket and secure the faucet with the provided nuts on the underside of the sink.
-
The pump will be secured to the outer wall of the combo kitchen, using four machine screws and nuts.
-
Place the provided template on the left side of the combo kitchen, in the top-right corner. It should align to the front edge and along the bottom edge of the stainless steel top.
-
Using a ¼” drill bit, drill the four template holes.
-
Secure the pump to the interior wall of the cabinet, using the four provided screws, washers, and nuts. Be sure the screw heads are on the outside of the cabinet
NOTE: If mounting is not possible for your particular set-up, the pump can be placed on the floor of the cabinet. It is recommended to place it, so the ON/OFF switch is accessible. -
