Product Information

• This product is the Roof Rack CAN054 designed for off-road use.
  It is compatible with Polaris Ranger 570 and Ranger 500 2-seater models from 2020 to 2022. The roof rack can only be installed over the AFX Aluminum Roof TEC051.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Assemble the front of the roof rack with the front angle plates. Place the front angle plates inside the front roof rack and use four 1/4 x 1/2 screws with nuts to secure them. Do not tighten yet.
2. Assemble the rear of the roof rack with the rear angle plates. Place the rear angle plates inside the rear roof rack and use four 1/4 x 1/2 screws with nuts to secure them. Do not tighten yet.
3. Assemble the front angle plates with the laterals. Place the front angle plates inside the laterals and use four 1/4 x 1/2 screws with nuts to secure them. Do not tighten yet.
4. Assemble the rear angle plates with the laterals. Place the rear angle plates inside the laterals and use four 1/4 x 1/2 screws with nuts to secure them. Do not tighten yet.
5. Align the five central bars with the perforations on the roof rack. Insert twenty 1/4 x 1/2 screws with nuts from the bottom up to secure them. Do not tighten yet.
6. Remove the four screws from the roof for installation.
7. With the help of another person, place the complete rack over the AFX ROOF TEC051 and align the perforations. Use four 1/4 x 1 screws with nuts and washers to secure the roof rack. Tighten all the screws.
8. Tighten all the screws for safety. First, tighten the screws on the sides, front, and rear of the roof rack to align with the perforations in the roof. Then tighten the central bars.

Note: The roof rack has three long perforations on the laterals for assembling mounting accessories such as the Universal Accessory Mounting System Kit (HER018), which is not included with the product. This kit is ideal for transporting gas tanks, antennas, tools, and more.

Tools Needed (Not Included)

• 5/32 Allen Key
• 7/16 or 14 mm Combination Wrench

HOW TO INSTALL

• 5/32” Allen Key
• 7/16” or 14 mm Combination Wrench

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1. Assemble the Front of the roof rack with the Front angle plates (as it is shown in the image). Use four 1/4 x 1/2” screws with nuts. (Do not tighten yet)
2. Assemble the Rear of the roof rack with the Rear angle plates (as it is shown in the image). Use four 1/4 x 1/2” screws with nuts. (Do not tighten yet)
3. Assemble the Front angle plates with the laterals (as it is shown in the image). Use four 1/4 x 1/2” screws with nuts. (Do not tighten yet)
4. Assemble the Rear angle plates with the laterals (as it is shown in the image). Use four 1/4 x 1/2” screws with nuts. (Do not tighten yet)
5. Align 5 central bars with the perforations. Use twenty 1/4” x 1/2” screws with nut, inserting them bottom-up. (Do no tighten yet)
6. Remove the four screws of the roof
7. With the Help of another person, place the complete rack over the AFX ROOF (TEC051) and aligning the perforations. Use four 1/4” x 1” screws with nut and washers, tighten all the screws
   • For safety tighten all the screws
   • First tighten the screws on the sides, front and rear roof rack to align with the perforations in the roof, and then the central bars
8. The three long perforations located on the laterals are for assamble mounting accessories, such as the Universal Accesory Mounting System Kit (HER018) (Not included), ideal for transporting Gas Tanks, Antennas, Tools and more
