EMOS ZD3121 LED Ceiling Spotlight Exclusive

LED luminaire is designed for indoor use to be mounted on a solid base.
Ingress Protection IP20 – for indoor use

This luminaire is not suitable for covering with insulation material.

WARNING

• Luminaire is suitable entirely for fixed mounting.
• The luminaire can be connected only to the electric distribution network, whose installation and protection complies with the applicable standards.
• Before any manipulation or servicing of the luminaire disconnect the luminaire from AC power. This operation can be carried out only by an authorized person.
• In case of any damage to any part of the luminaire, don’t use it.
• LED chips inside the luminaire are not replaceable.
• Don’t change inner wiring of the luminaire.
• In case of broken cover don’t use the luminaire and replace broken cover with new one immediately.

Mounting

Mount the lamp firmly onto a solid basis, for example a wall, a ceiling and like that. Connect the power cord to the mains 230 V AC. Connecting conductor must not be connected to the mains at time of installation. This operation can be carried out only by an authorized person.

This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class F.

Disposal

Do not dispose with domestic waste. Use special collection points for sorted waste. Contact local authorities for information about collection points. If the electronic devices would be disposed on landfill, dangerous substanoes may reach groundwater and subsequently food chain, where it could affect human health.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

1. We declare that we guarantee the properties and flawless operation during the warranty period.
2. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the goods and is valid for 36 months.
3. EMOS SI, d.o.o. guarantees the buyer that within the warranty period he will remedy all defects at his own expense device due to a factory defect in material or workmanship.
4. The warranty period is extended for the duration of the repair.
5. If the device is not repaired within 45 days from the date of notification of the defect, the affected party may request a new one or refund of the amount paid.
6. The warranty ends if the defect is caused by:
   • non-professional-unauthorized service
   • modifications without the approval of the manufacturer
   • failure to follow the instructions for use of the device
7. The warranty does not exclude the consumer’s rights arising from the seller’s responsibility for product defects.
8. Unless otherwise indicated, the warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
9. The manufacturer provides repair, and maintenance of goods, spare parts and attachments for a fee three years after the expiration of the warranty period.
10. Natural wear and tear of the device is excluded from the warranty obligation. The same applies to injuries due to improper use of use or overload.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The owner asserts a warranty claim by reporting the identified defect to an authorized workshop (EMOS SI, d.o.o., Rimska cesta 92, 3311 Šempeter in Savinjska dolina) in writing or orally. The buyer is responsible for late registration cause damage to the device. After the warranty period expires, the right to claim the warranty expires claim. A certified warranty card with the original invoice must be attached. EMOS SI, d.o.o. undertakes to replace the device with a new one if it does not work within this warranty period flawlessly.
