Download mode of APP:
For Android phones, it can be downloaded from its own app market or App
Treasure Search[TUYA Smart].For IOS phones, search for “TUYA Smart” in the APP
Store to download.
Note: The function of this doorbell is only supported on APP 4.3.0 and
above, fora better user experience, please update or download the latest
version.
APP registration:
- For the first download and use, please click “Register”;If youhaveanaccount, click “Login”.
- Click “Register”, read “Privacy Policy”, and click “Agree”.Enteravalidmobile phone number or email address and click Continue.Then enter the verificationcode to log in to the APP.(“Try Now” login can not add doorbell devices normally,please register and log in.)
- APP permissions pop-up prompts, such as message push, access geographicallocation, connect peripheral devices, etc., please set to “Allow”.
Adding a device:

Turn on the bluetooth and location permission functions of the mobilephone.

Press the doorbell button to start the device, and the work indicatorblinks.The device enters the network mode.

Open the APP, enter the “Home page”, click “+” on the upper rightcornerof the page, the APP will automatically scan and discover the device,click”Add”.
Note:
a. If the device is not automatically searched, please click “Turn on Bluetooth”inthepicture below and set “Allow device permissions near this application”.
b. Access permission management, enable WLAN, Bluetooth, and nearby devices, andselectAlways Allow.

After adding a doorbell, enter your 2.4ghz wireless network accountandpassword and click “Next”. When connecting, keep your router, mobilephoneand doorbell as close as possible. After adding a doorbell, click “Finish”.(Note: If the connection is not successful, please reset the deviceandreconnect)

Fully charge the device and install it within the stable and effectiverangeof WiFi signal. The smart doorbell host is successfully added.
Doorbell and ding Dong matching:
- Power on the ding Dong machine (left);
- Long press the pairing button of ding Dong machine for 3 seconds (asshownin the picture), and the indicator blinks.
- Press the doorbell button (right), ding Dong machine rings, that is, thematchis successful.
Mobile message push
Enter mobile phone – Settings – notification and status bar – Application
notification management, open APP notification permission, enable
notification, suspension, lockscreen, sound reminder and other notification
functions.
( Note: Due to different mobile phone models, the operation interface and
options are different, please choose in dependently)
Function introduction:
- Message push: When visitors ring the doorbell, the mobile phone will receive the APP push message, click the push popup to enter the video call.
- Video call: Hold down the microphone key to talk to each other, open the speaker to listen.
- Doorbell sharing: Enter the real-time interface of APP, click Settings-Share device – Add Share – enter the registered account
- Low battery reminder: When the battery is low, the APP will push lowbatteryreminder, please charge in time.
Matters needing attention
- The device is a low-power doorbell. When no one rings the doorbell, thedevicegoes into hibernation and goes offline, which is normal.
- The push Settings vary according to mobile phone models. Set the Settingsas required.
- Only 2.4g WiFi is supported, but 5G or WiFi with special symbolsisnotsupported.
- Do not install the device on a metal wall because it may interfere withWIFIsignals.
- The device supports TF card video storage. Do not insert or remove thememorycard when it is powered on to avoid loss.
- Do not use the doorbell while charging.
