Product Information

The Wireless Stereo Headset CNS-TWS6B is a high-quality audio device designed for wireless listening. It is available in two colors: black (CNS-TWS6B) and beige (CNS-TWS6BE). The headset features a speaker, microphone, charging contacts, touch button, earphones LED, charging case LED, and USB Type-C connector.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Turning on the earphones: Remove the earphones from the case, and they will turn on automatically. If they don’t turn on, press and hold the touch button (9) for 4 seconds.
  2. Switching on the game mode: Press and hold the touch button (9) of the right earphone for 2 seconds.
  3. Resetting the pairing: Take the earphones out of the case. Press and hold the touch buttons (9) of both earphones simultaneously for 4 seconds to reset the pairing. Then place the earphones back into the charging case and repeat the pairing process with a new device.
  4. Turning off the earphones: Put the earphones into the charging case or press and hold the touch button (9) for up to 5 seconds. If there is no connection to the device for more than 5 minutes, the earphones outside the charging case will turn off automatically.

First use

Before use, charge the case (2) by connecting it with the USB cable (5) included in the package to a power source (adapter not included). You can also use an external battery or a PC as a power source. The LED indicator (11) blinks green while the case is charging and lights steadily when charging is complete. After that charge the earphones by placing them into the charging case (Fig. E). During charging, the earphones’ LEDs (10) light red. Remove the earphones from the case and they will turn on automatically. If the earphones do not turn on, press and hold the touch button (9) for 4 seconds.

Pairing

Pairing the earphones with the device (Fig. H). Place the case with the earphones and the device within 90 cm of each other. Remove the earphones from the charging case. The connection between the earphones will be established automatically, and a short tone will sound. Flashing red and blue LEDs (10) indicate that the earphones are ready for pairing with the device. Turn on the BT devices, go to the BT settings and select the “Canyon TWS6” earphones. If the pairing is successful, you will hear a tone.CANYON-CNS-TWS6B-Wireless-

Control

Control when listening to audio recordings
Select a track on your device. Play/pause: press the touch button (9) on either earphone twice.
Skip: press the touch button (9) on the right (skip to next track) or left (skip to previous track) earphone three times.

Control with an incoming call
When there is an incoming call, to answer or end the call, press the touch button (9) on either earphone twice. To reject an incoming call: press and hold the button (9) of either earphone for 2 seconds.

Reset

Resetting the pairing of the earphones to the device
Take the earphones out of the case. Press and hold the touch buttons (9) of both earphones simultaneously for 4 seconds to reset the pairing to the device. Place the earphones into the charging case. Then repeat the process of pairing the earphones to a new device (Fig. H).

To turn off put the earphones into the charging case or press and hold the touch button (9) for up to 5 seconds. Also, if there is no connection to the device for more than 5 minutes, the earphones outside the charging case will turn off automatically.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING! Set the volume to the minimum level before using the earphones This will help to avoid hearing damage due to sudden exposure to sound at maximum volume. Do not use earphones while driving. Protect from high humidity, water and dust, heat and direct sunlight. Do not drop, disassemble, or attempt to repair yourself. Clean off dirt with a soft, dry cloth without the use of detergents.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING

The earphones do not connect. Charge the earphones, check the connection settings of the device. Make sure that the earphones are specified as the audio output device. Turn the earphones off and on again.
Distorted sound. Reduce the distance between the earphones and the device. Adjust the sound volume. Check for other wireless devices that are causing interference near the earphones. If these steps do not solve the problem, contact support at canyon.eu/user-help-desk.
