The XENONTM ULTRA 1960 & 1962 are handheld barcode scanners designed for efficient and accurate scanning. These scanners are equipped with advanced technology to provide reliable performance
in various industries.

Power Options

• BAT-SCN11: Smart battery, Lithium-ion battery for Xenon Ultra 1962 contactless Bluetooth scanners.
• SUPCAP-SCN11: Battery-Free Supercapacitor, battery-free super capacitor for Xenon Ultra 1962 battery-free Bluetooth scanners.

Access Points, Charge, and Communication Bases

• AP-010BT-07N: Bluetooth Access Point, class 2 Bluetooth, 10m (33′) range, supports RS232/USB/KBW/IBM interfaces.
• AP-010BT-HC: Bluetooth Access Point Healthcare, designed for healthcare environments, supports RS232/USB/KBW/IBM interfaces.
• CCB-U00-H-KIT: Presentation charge and communication base, Class 1 100M / Class 2 10M Bluetooth, supports RS232/USB/KBW host interfaces, white, disinfectant ready anti-microbial housing.
• CCB-U00-G-KIT: Presentation charge and communication base, Class 1 100M / Class 2 10M Bluetooth, supports RS232/USB/KBW host interfaces, black, disinfectant ready housing.

• CBL-120-300-C00: RS-232 Power Cable, black, DB9 Female, 3m (9.8 ft), coiled, 5V external power with option for host power on pin 9.

Product Usage Instructions

Follow the instructions below to use the XENONTM ULTRA 1960 & 1962 handheld barcode scanners:

1. Choose the appropriate power option for your scanner:

   • If you have the Xenon Ultra 1962 contactless Bluetooth scanner, use the BAT-SCN11 smart battery or SUPCAP-SCN11 battery-free supercapacitor.

2. If you require an access point, charge, or communication base, select the suitable option based on your needs:

   • For Bluetooth connectivity and various interfaces, choose either AP-010BT-07N or AP-010BT-HC.
   • If you need a presentation charge and communication base, consider CCB-U00-H-KIT or CCB-U00-G-KIT.

3. For specific industry requirements, select the appropriate
   battery cup:

   • General Purpose cups (Black) are available with battery cup: 1962G-BAT-CUP and contactless cup: 1962G-WC-CUP.
   • Healthcare cups (White) are available with battery cup: 1962H-BAT-CUP and contactless cup: 1962H-WC-CUP.

4. If you need a charge and communication presentation setup, follow these steps:

   • Use the 1962 Charge and Communication Cup with the universal presentation base for Xenon Ultra scanners.
   • For charging and communication, pair it with the appropriate universal base: CCB-U00-G for general purpose (Black) or CCB-U00-H for healthcare (White).

5. Ensure proper power supply for your scanner or charge/communication base:

   • If you have the Xenon Ultra 1960 Corded Scanner, use power supplies 46-00525-6 or 46-00526.
   • For Xenon Ultra 1960 & 1962 Scanners, choose from power supplies 46-00528, 46-00529, 46-00535-6, 46-00536-6, 46-00537-6, or 46-00538-6.

6. If you require additional cables, consider the following
   options:

   • CBL-020-300-C00: RS-232 Power Cable with DB9 Female connector and 5V external power.
   • CBL-120-300-C00: RS-232 Power Cable with DB9 Female connector, coiled, and 5V external power with host power option.
